Costa Coffee in Kingston upon Hull

I am a regular customer at Costa on Kingston retail park been going for a few years now that staff are familar with my face (except the new ones) for now. My favorite costa shop .The staff are polite friendly and very helpful , nice atmosphere too. cant fault them , Sorry to see some of the old staff go ,but thats life people need to move on .

Ideal place to meet for a coffee and chat. Staff always friendly and happy to help.

I use this Costa quite often and it's always clean with a good atmosphere . The staff are helpful and friendly what more you you ask for.

Lovely staff, my little one spilled a full drink over and they were really nice about cleaning it up and really friendly. They also made me a new drink, lovely staff 100% recommend

Just been in for a quick hot chocolate, nice, comfortable and not busy. Was made to feel so uncomfortable whilst my drink was being prepared by Harry, felt like I was a burden with him having to make my drinks. Putting chocolate in the pot with a hit or miss attitude, added the milk, mixed it then poured some out for some reason leaving the glasses with short measures! Think he needs to be a bit more customer friendly even on bad days!

I have to admit I love a Black Americano.... oh are we still allowed to say that???Always a nice welcome. I always tend to forget to use my Costa card. Maybe they should always ask if I have one as it is,always in my wallet.Also enjoyed a lovely lemon muffin.... oh my days! My HBA1C Is going to suffer. But it was worth it as a one off. Cant always be good.

Coffee was good. Cheese and Wiltshire ham toasted sandwich was over cooked not nice went hard quick, no napkins and tables not cleared and wiped, understand it was very busy but standards shouldn’t drop.

10 min queue but worth it. Scrumpy cheese and tomato toastie with med. hot chocolate.

A very busy Costa. Staff were trying their best to get orders done but did appear quite slow as only two on when I visited. Seemed to know their regulars and were very pleasant. Coffee was fine and had a good range of food items on
