Currently at 2 hours 30 min wait for two burgers & two portions of cheesy chips, which cost £25 with a £10 off voucher.2hrs 30 from a takeaway. On a Tuesday evening.Update: I amended my rating from 1 star to 3 as the food quality was great. However, when you're spending effectively £35 on 2 burgers and chips then 2hr 30 is still ridiculous.

We come here regularly as a group because of the great selection of food and the good atmosphere, there is something for all of us to enjoy even the picky eaters and veggies of the group. The burgers and chips are always amazing, a good selection of drinks and for anyone that hasn’t I’d definitely recommend trying the pattie bites.

Been here at least a dozen times over the past few years. Food is consistently amazing, fantastic beer selection and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back again!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food and drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced and that would be reason enough to visit but what impressed me most is the service. We took my mother in law out for mother's day and she is highly allergic to most basic ingredients. The guy who served us went out of his way to help us tailor a meal she could safely eat, reassured her and explained the cooking process in as much depth as she needed and truly made her day. The kitchen went above and beyond in catering to her needs and she really enjoyed the meal she was given. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great cocktail or burger and cannot thank the staff enough for caring and making our experience so personal.

Excellent food and drinks, can't knock that... But when you put a large order in over their app, confirm the payment with the bank too and then find out by calling up over an hour and a half later to chase the delivery that there's been an error and nothing has gone through, it's not great. I'm then called back 5 minutes later and told my payment was refunded... As of writing this my bank doesn't think that's the case, so that will need sorting out too. At this point we tried doing a card payment over the phone with Crafted twice, and it doesn't work... Along with the suggestion that my account doesn't have the adequate funds in it, which it definitely does, I'm told that there's nothing they can do and that's the end of it. I'm a payment down, hungry, and have nothing to show for it. Go in person. Do not order anything online.Update - Noticed a few days later funds had definitely been taken despite a refund supposedly being automatic. Called up and was told they remembered me from the weekend and would refund me ASAP... It's nearly been a week since, and still nothing back... Avoid...

Me and my partner was looking for a good burger joint and saw that this place had some really good reviews, so we decided to check it out.upon entering the staff was very friendly and welcoming, we got seated easily, however one of the problems this restaurant has is it's seating options, the majority of the tables all have high stool seats, which when sitting for a long time made us both get numb legs after only 10 minutes being sat.I asked if we could be seated on a different sitting area, it was very nice of them to let us move to a different lower seated area, luckily they had a table available, but please be aware if you struggle sitting on seats like that for any reasons, they only have two seating areas with lower seats indoors.This issue was easily overlooked as me and my partner was both really looking forward to the food, since it was cold outside at the time we both ordered a cappuccino. when It arrived, it was luke-warm. I have never had a coffee so cold before this was a first for me.When the food arrived, i was shocked to see that the main meal (i ordered the OG burger) was £8.50 without any sides chips or anything with the burger. you have to order those separately, but our main issue came with the actual taste of the burger itself.There was a clear lack of seasoning, my partners burger had a very tiny amount of cheese on it, and i could not taste any onions or mayo that was meant to have been present on my burger.We was very disappointed, i would not recommend this place for burger lovers out there as it was one of the most disappointing burgers me and my partner have ever eaten in general and we have been to quite a few restaurants all around the uk.It's a shame, as the staff was very welcoming and friendly, but we just can't recommend this place as somewhere that is comfortable to eat due to the quality of the food, hot drinks, and seating.

Food was fantastic, had 2 burgers, one chicken and one beef with a sharer if chips. Arrived hot and was asked for sauces when they brought it over. Really nice cosey inside. Staff were friendly and polite and helped get us started in drinks upon arrival. Reasonably priced too. Will hopefully be back soon

Was passing on a random week night so it was a spontaneous visit as the atmosphere looked quite good.Staff were cheerful and attentive.Plenty of atom ales to choose from and cheque larger.Food was fantastic and very good valueI had the OG burger and shared a decent large portion of sweet potato fries.Also some good veggie choices

Excellent! The team are really friendly and accommodating, offering to move our group to an inside table as the weather was a bit naff after we'd booked an outside one.Nice clean environment and good music created a relaxed atmosphere, table service was efficient and timely.Food was really nice. Very tasty dishes perfectly cooked and generous portions. I'll definitely be going back 👍
