A first port of call when shopping for home goods. Friendly helpful staff too. A pack of outdoor furniture had sold out at this branch but a member of staff contacted the Beverley shop a few miles away and quickly confirmed they had stock. Brilliant.

Bought some curtains, found that I needed longer length..curtains not been opened ..took them back and due to not having my receipt they couldn't offer me an exchange, never heard anything so rediculous. I now have a pair of curtains that are useless to me. Make sure you get you receipt or email don't get caught out like I did ..won't again though..won't be using them again

Ordered 2 items of furniture in store, delivery was a few days later, prompt efficient service. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Delivery drivers very pleasant too.

Great stock an items . Staff helpful . They have everything you need from curtains to lampshade . Got some beautiful knife and folks .Needs a little revamp though

Do not order from Dunelm. Rubbish. Service is appalling. Paid for next day delivery and order still not here over a week later. Went on track my order and it still says it will be coming on the day it should have done! Went on live chat. Not helpful, no apologies and just rude!

Quality wise I would say that goods from here for your house are at the better end of the market for quality but at a reasonable price. Over the years we have had curtains, rugs, bathroom towel sets, etc, etc and today a lamp.There's also a cafe which used to be very good but we haven't been in it for a couple of years.

Picked up an online order , when I got home and opened the box up the item was broken, I returned to the store where I was issued a full refund, had to go online to re order item again ( as they didn't stock this particular item in store ) I had an email few day later saying my item was ready for collection. This time the item was perfect no damage at all . Found the staff to be pleasant

Helpful staff and reasonable range of products, although the item I really wanted wasn't in stock and I would have to keep ringing the store or going back, with no guarantee it would come in. I'd have thought in this age of miracle IT it would be possible to take costumer's details and flag up when the item was in store.

Today I went to my local Dunelm on Clough Road in Hull, I was looking for some new curtains, I was having difficulty finding my size, then a lovely lady came to my rescue, her name was Karen she couldn't have been any more helpful , she went in the back room but my size wasn't there, she tried, then on the very top shelf all on its own was a pack of curtains , she got it down and it was the size I wanted. It's a pity there isn't more shop assistants like Karen nothing was to much for her. Well done to you.
