Kingswood Beefeater in Kingston upon Hull

Staying at the Premier Inn next-door to the Beefeater.Unfortunately breakfast is served in the Beefeater restaurant. The 2 ladies serving breakfast are very rude and have a bad attitude. Not sure if it's just bad customer service or they are just racist.Judging by the reviews it's recommended that the staff are very friendly but these ladies are spoiling the restaurant's reputation.The gentlemen with the tattoos was very nice and friendly. He has excellent customer service skills.The staff at Holiday Inn are exceptional. Very nice and friendly.

Me and my daughter went for lunch here. Had the lunch menu 2 courses for£8.95, which was good value. The food was pretty average but the service was good and friendly. Free refills on drinks are also good as We spent several hours here. For a friendly place and average food this is the place to go.

First time coming here and won't be the last.. the staff are very warm n welcoming, very friendly and helpful and the food was cooked to perfection!..

Unfortunately, not a great breakfast. Been coming here for the last 9 years and never had a problem. Coffee machine made the coffee very cold and the sausages were awful. When we paid, we mentioned it, but the waitress was not interested, it was only another member of staff that informed us the other sausages had been recalled. We got charged for one breakfast only, we didn't complain to get money off, just told them our experience. Would have been if the waitress had better customer service.

We went for Sunday dinner today, and it was absolutely beautiful! I had the vegetarian chicken swapped my root mash and parsnips because I don't like them to mash and roast potatoes. Best Sunday dinner iv had in ages. Thank you

Lovely afternoon spent catching up with a friend over lunch. Fish and chips and several pots of tea ! Great service friendly polite and helpful staff. Food excellent.

A very pleasant place with friendly helpful staff. The food is well prepared but unfortunately our meal took a very long time to be served. Fortunately we had excellent company to spend the time with.

Come here quite alot for either a few beers, something to eat or a night out, can honestly say I've never had a bad time here. Foods always tasty and doesn't take too long. Good selection of drinks, good atmosphere and a big beer garden. Would recommend visiting here for any occasion

Expensive and food was so so. Ordered Medium rare steak it was well done. As I’d paid 16.99 I said sorry this is not what I asked for. They changed it and it was then rare. You would think in a steak house they should be able to cook Steak….!!!! They staff was really friendly

Venue was really clean and the staff were really nice and polite, I would recommend booking a table as it was quite busy and we had to come back around 30 mins later as we hadn't booked a table.Food was good, the main meals and starters seemed a little overpriced for what you got but the quality was good.The children's three course meal was good and very good value for money and the deserts were great.Good selection of options for vegans and vegetarians without the usual boring options which was good.
