Worst pizza ever experienced. You would find more cheese on a vegan pizza. Was more floppy than my dogs ears. The tomato’s were more sloppy than a Gordie on the weekend. The feta was more chewy than a rubber door stop. If you enjoy being disappointed, look no further!

Discussing service, ordered food at 6pm still not arrived at 8pm and takeaway phone is constantly engaged. Ruined the whole evening, will never order from here again

Ordered the lasagne on just eat came to just under 13 pound with delivery lasagne was 9.75 turned up in a metal carton and it was just a lasagna no salad or nothing then it was 75 % cheese that was melted I rang to say I had ordered before and I got salad the girl told me you don't get salad you got what you ordered after chewing my waybthrew mounds of rubbery cheese I gave upnquater way in and threw it I could have gone to a restraunt and sat down and had my food presented nicely for that price and I'm sure the staff would not be as rude as the girl answering the phone

Such a shame this once loved favourite takeaway is now bottom of the list!3 times we've ordered, first order completely wrong order.Second order the pizza was tasteless and greasy and barely cooked.3rd time same again with pizza although this time the pizza wasn't cut! And my pot of sauce missing.I don't know if it's changed ownership but it's truly horrible now.I'd get a better pizza at aldi.

Ordered from here last weekend and they gave me a garlic bread when I ordered the pesto garlic bread. Rang up said I could get it delivered now or get free garlic pesto bread and 20% off next time I ordered. So thought we will have it this weekend as well. Had to ring up and explain what had happened last weekend. All seemed fine. Until my food got delivered and the garlic bread wasn’t free or 20% off so I was ringing the shop as was the delivery man. Ended up sorting it out and getting the discount.I ordered the bbq chicken was nice and really was enjoying it until I bit into a staple not happy at all couldn’t eat anymore it put me off.Won’t be ordering from these again

Food quality in the majority of the cases has been spectacular (ordering a couple of times a month for the last year) - by all means this is THE Italian place to order from in the area. However, please mind delivery times can be a bit hit and miss when ordering from Just Eat specifically - I'd recommend calling the take away directly to place the order - it should avoid most of the disappointment and the staff communicate well if there's any issues.Don't miss out on their amaretti cake - it's amazing.

Don't waste your time most of all don't waste your money guys. this what you get for £20 and apparently they nothing can be done because the boss is on holiday joker's

After having some nightmare takeaways in Hull recently (some that were literally inedible) we decided to give L'italiano Gourmet a go having looked at 5 pages of great reviews...Wow.Pizzas? Amazing. Light yet full of flavour and tonnes of toppings. Only criticism is the lack of stuffed crust and the ability to add pepperoni to a create your own is disabled, other than that I'm amazed.Garlic sauce? The best I've had. Full of flavour, actually tastes of garlic.Burgers? Well I didn't order one myself but was given a bite by my other half and it was thick, juicy and so well presented. Huge portion size and the prices were good value.It's actually nice to see REAL lamb and REAL pork in a takeaway that you can tell isn't just cheap cuts or plant based rubbish.We even got a free bottle of wine and a nice note with the takeaway, great customer service as well as great food = win.

Probably the best Pizza / Burger takeaway in Hull.The quality of the food is fantastic, doesn't taste cheap, isn't covered in grease and always looks like effort has been put in to making it.Me and my family have ordered various meals from here and we always recommend to friends.One thing I didn't like but this is just my opinion, i decided to try a pizza a couple of weeks ago and opted for a bbq sauce base, the bbq sauce wasn't great tasting had a funny after taste. Didn't put me off and will continue to order.
