Majestic Takeaway in Kingston upon Hull

Ordered a pizza and chips they gave me if all In one so rang them and wasn't helpful in slightest not satisfied

First time trying it. I ordered Donner Meat & Chips with garlic when I went and it was done like in 5min and the food was very tasty and the staff was very kind. I would rate them 10/10

Got my order wrong rang them to tell them and he wanted me to order again and pay again and to top it of Iv been on the toilet all night 🤮

I ordered at 01.15am and it arrived at 03.00am it was freezing cold and the garlic yought was off and thick the chicken donna had bones in the bottle of pepsi was 5 month out of date and every time we rang to see where it was will be 5 min will be 5 mins than came and it was a reandose

food banging. Special mixed kebab is values for money and tasted good man. Them paigon who give 1 start should been jailed for insulting the business. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST IN HULL

Didn't listen to me on the phone so didn't get my address right the driver had to ring me to get directions and we are still waiting for our takeawayEdit - it finally arrived but it was cold and the order was wrong very disappointed. I won't be ordering from there again. On a positive note the delivery driver was very nice and couldn't apologise enough.

Parts missing from order. No salad or sauces in the burgers as ordered. Ignorant delivery driver. Very aggressive over the phone when told the order was wrong. will not return!!! Total waste of time and money

Ordered through just Eat and ordered one of the special offers. Left a message after for cheese on the chips saying we’d pay on arrival but they did it for free! Additionally, just Eat said it wouldn’t arrive until 8pm but it arrived at 7:20!! Lovely food, cooked to perfection and came hot! Fantastic takeaway, I’ve stopped by after shift before and since I was in my NHS uniform they gave me a discount which was kind! Unusual of a takeaway to actually read the messages, could not fault

Do not order from here!After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called up to ask if the food was on it way. The person who picked up was extremely rude and offended that I had merely asked a simple question.Food has arrived cold and currently in the oven to reheat. Not good enough. Order from somewhere else.

Ordered at 18.50 and should have been delivered by 19.50, food arrived at 21:00 after having to call and speak to a rude man on the phone, apparently they tried to deliver and tried calling (no missed calls and we sit 6ft away from the door). Food was clearly reheated, garlic bread over done, chips inedible, pizza only slightly warm however tbf tasted ok and got our delivery the wrong drinks too. Not happy my partner didn’t eat anything... Delivery driver was friendly and apologetic.don’t order from here rubbish food and terrible service.
