Over priced compared to other local Chinese takeaway's example, 1 bag of chips and a carton of gravy £4:10 pence . I can get a chicken chow mein and a carton of curry for £3:80 pence what a joke I will not be going back even though I could not fault the gravy and chips

Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken and fried rice ordered. Bearly any sauce in the sweet and sour, chicken was over cooked extremely dry.

It's been over 16 years since I last went to the Mayflower and while back in Hull for a couple of days decided to see if it was still as good. I have to say it was excellent and even better than I remember. Good varied and competitively priced menu, very quick service and of course most importantly, quality tasty meals. If only they delivered 250 miles away :-)

First there were items missing, then the prawns still had bits of shells and tails on, the veg did not taste fresh and the dish was so hot when it arrived I burnt my mouth. Clearly just frozen food which has been quickly microwaved, waste of money

Ordered my usual which I get from another supplier 😁 anyway the hot and sour soup was well worth the total as it was a main in itself. Great tasting quisine and all the veg are crispy fresh. Went down too quickly for a pic.. 👌

Ordered tonight. Some of my food was missing when the order arrived and then when i called they told me I hadn't ordered it and that id have to pay again for the bits that was missing. I asked to speak with manager and they refused to speak to me and told me I was wrong and that they didn't want to discuss it.I've never had a problem with this Chinese and we really enjoy the food but I expect to get the food I paid for.Really disappointed with the service and the lady on the phone.

Absolutely joke of a takeaway! Ordered a beef curry and chips at just gone 4pm and it got delivered at arpund 6:30pm and was stone cold. Called them and kept getting told they was bringing a new order for us! Its now 9:45pm and we got told this takeaway was closed. So my granddaughter called and asked if delivery was available and they was going to let her order until she mentioned my order where we was then told again my food was getting prepared again after over 5 hours we're still waiting! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! RUDE STAFF AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
