Horrible place dirty tables not cleaned up tables outside not been cleaned up either waste of time

Shocking,absolutely full the poor staff tried their best,all my grandkids wanted was mc flurries and it was a long wait ,had to ask at counter ,finally Happy kids@!

The staff here were brilliant and helpful because trying to navigate the place with 2 young children and a baby was a nightmare. One lovely member of staff took my daughter to the toilet for me as there wasn't one down stairs and I had a newborn in a pram. Unfortunately the layout of seating, size of the place and how busy it gets mean I will definitely not visiting again. I had to sit my 6yr old, 4yr old and newborn down and leave them to order the food because there wasn't space for the pram where I could order food. It was so busy I was concerned my children might try walk to me and get a bit lost with the sea of people moving around. Can't stress enough the staff where wonderfully helpful when they could be it's the layout and busyness of the place that means I won't return.

Quick service using the fast order point. Not very clean at all. Upstairs in the ladies toilets was a red plastic bag just left in the sink. There was a table just outside the toilets which looked as if the customers had been throwing ketchup at one another - it was all over the floor!! A hazard in anybody's book!. The whole place looked as if it had not been cleaned for many hours. The cleaner was stood having a meaningful chat with a guy with a suitcase and although I did see her attempting to clean the stairs, she could certainly have done with some help. Very busy when I visited but I would have thought more cleaners could have been employed during peak periods. Will not be visiting again.

Staff member 'Angel' was very very rude... Not a Please or Thank You at all... Even after I pulled her up about it and sje served me again did she say Please or Thank You.... She spoke English and understood me very well... Just a very bad mannered crew member and so disrespectful to customers. This was around 9am so no excuses as the restaurant was not that busy as to not be welcoming and polite..!!!

Mcdonalds wat more can you say. Love hate.. only bad things was the stoopid idea you told by cashier to order off a screen then pay the cashier till boy. Why not just order with him\her in the first instance.. an for some reason I couldn't get a large flat white coffee..

Visited 11/12/2021, greeter on the door was very helpful and friendly, the 2 young ladies who brought our food, couldn't do enough for us, and when I went to clear my trays, a lady came to take them off me. 100% customer service, restaurant looked clean and tidy... Again 100% better then the holderness road branch.

Tends to always be really busy, with loads of young children around. At times, staff don't have the time to get on top of cleaning up public area's. Long waiting for to just place your order, at times, some 30mins

It's a good place for people who like fast food. Sometimes I'm going to here on Saturday for breakfast. But my choice often without meat. This moment this place not full. A lot of spaces inside on the second floor.
