Merit Chinese Takeaway in Kingston upon Hull

The Curry feels like jelly and tastes dry the chips aren’t even cooked properly and the rice tastes like bum. Don’t know how people can rate this 5 star! It’s awful. Needs closing down

The starter was a disappointment. The spare ribs were awful, the prawn toast was soggy and the spring rolls were medioca at best.The special fried rice was lovely to be fair, best I've had for a long time and I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken too.Shame the starter was so poor, otherwise I would have given a glowing review

Nice and hot. Never experienced a poor meal yet. Have used this takeaway for several years. Highly recommended.
