Pizza Hot in Kingston upon Hull

Rude girl who answered the phone. Zero to No customer service skills! When i called to chase a LATE order the girl shouted At me for being so busy and gave the phone to someone else saying “customer deal with it”! Rude and No manners, embarrassing for the owner! God help them in a genuinely stressful job!

Ordered the spicy vegetarian pizza but was given the spicy beef pizza instead. Didn’t realise until I have eaten half the pizza that it was the wrong order as the beef taste wasn’t distinctive. Being a vegetarian, I’m extremely upset that I was served meat. They did give a spicy vegetarian pizza after that for free. Overall I’ve always loved the pizza here but now I’m afraid to go back. Be sure to double check your order and pizzas!!!

Delivery time very late, cold food, order wrong, also expensive for poor quality, also disrespectful when I made complaints also did not offer to rectify there mistakes, poor customer service

AWFUL SERVICE - Ordered some food a few days ago and when it came we were missing half of our order. The takeaway had closed by the time we got (some of) our food so we couldn't phone and ask them to deliver the rest of the food that night.Phoned a few times since then to ask for a refund but always got fobbed off, with staff saying the manager wasn't in and I should call back later, and when I called again the manager still wasn't in.Awful service, won't order again.If someone from Pizza Hot wants to get in touch to refund the money feel free.

Horrible customer service, horrible communicatione. I have not been contacted about the food arrival at all which led to a 2 hour wait before I called the business only to get hung up on 3 times and then my number got blocked from calling again. I haven’t received the food at all and have been refused any kind of compensation. This has happened a few times and I was just kind enough to give them multiple chances to get better which haven’t happened so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I do not recommend . are making fun of the customer! I ordered at 19:30 on the application it showed that the delivery would be between 8: 10-8: 30 so I waited, unfortunately no one showed up at 21:15 I called there they said I would be waiting 45 minutes more! after that time I waited again in the window 20 minutes, unfortunately no one was there, after another 30 minutes I called there and it turned out that the courier was there when I don't know, no call was made! after re-delivery the pizza was cold too, fries and I still had to pay £ 2.5 for delivery! mockery I waited 4 hours in total and paid £ 27 for cold food 🤦🏼‍♀️ mockery embarrassment! no respect for the customer

Ordered at 3pm half order arrived at 4.10pm called several times to be told the driver was on the way with the rest..was told each time the person i was speaking to didnt know what was going on as they had just come on shift..then the delivery driver had flat tire. .excuse after excuse then was just hanging up the phone on me..will never use this place again

Ordered the first time and order was wrong but the food was nice so we ordered again. Order wrong again, they apologised and said shop very busy. Understand so asked if they wanted order back, we was told to keep it. We waited a long time to receive the right order, we had gone to bed by then. Still understanding. That is until we was woken up later with banging on the door like they was going to put the door through. Frightened me as I didn't know who it was. My boyfriend went to the door to have the delivery guy shouting he didn't pay. My boyfriend argued back and forth with him and was then put on the phone to argue back and forth with someone else. He had to continuously explain what had happened. It wasn't until a woman came on the phobe and admitted they was wrong that they apologised and the delivery driver left. We have done work in a takeaway so know how stressful it can be but that behaviour was disgraceful at the very least. I would have been very intimidated if I was on my own. Will not order from here again.

I am usually a huge fan of this place , they gave me the price over the phone after I ordered and as Id ordered over 11£ they give you a free garlic bread , so yeah great ! so I waited for my food, and when it came the price had jumped from 12 50 to nearly £15 pounds ! I rang them back up and they say it's because of the free garlic bread , who is it free if it's not free ,??Anyways when you order the pizza in any size it all starts the same size ! They had rolled mine out to within to wear it would probably tear ,I didn't ask for extra thin no crust pizza ! Your ripping people off pizza hot , I didn't ask for a super thin pizza and like a good reveiew maker I've taken pics , I'm not trying you ruin their shop just know don't take it for granted your gonna get value for money, !

My flat ordered a decently amount of food, the delivery was super quick. They had forgotten my can of Dr Pepper so I called them to ask if they could shoot over a small bit of a refund for it (broke students) until I realised that they had actually included a whole free pizza. I called them again to tell them not to worry about it, but they had already sent the driver all the way back just to deliver a single drink. They went above and beyond, top tier service.
