Pizza Hut - Hull Kingswood in Kingston upon Hull

Great buffet, refreshed regularly, great service, accommodated pushchair with new baby in, everything clean & tidy. Only accepts card payment via the official app (QR code to scan), and baby changing facilities were great although shared with disabled toilet (tight squeeze with pushchair inside as well).

Pizza seemed blander then usual. Bit disappointing really. The younger staff seemed to just think it's play time where they go to mess about. I could see the manager looked frustrated with them also. I went in to collect and there was 4 of them all stood together just talking took around 10 mins for someone to come and ask if I had a collection. Unprofessional.

Lovely experience and a suprise birthday treat for the little one. So unexpected food served quickly and tasted great.

Always a good one this, been too some where they are really dirty and slow at refreshing the pizzas but this one is pretty good at the moment, not been since before covid, but glad to be back, but do think charged for a 4yr old to have the buffet is a bit steep, when only eat 2 pieces of pizza few spoons of ice cream and half glass of pop.. 😀

We ordered via the app, which worked well. The salad bar was fresh, and the buffet well stocked. My sons went with that and were happy with the selections. My husband and I went with create your own, individual pizzas. Just the right size for our appetites. When the food was brought, the waiter said he would bring plates, but then ended up seating new customers, and taking other orders. I got plates from the buffet for us and we also had quite a wait for the drinks glasses. I felt the staffing was very low and they were struggling to cope, despite customers doing much if their own ordering and serving.

We had a buffet of pizza for my daughters birthday. Wished we had ordered a pizza each now. Not quite sure what some of the pizzas were. Salad was nice.

Haven't had the 'All you can eat' experience for years but as my daughter (3) is going through a pizza phase and now loves it - we figured this was an affordable, fun lunch for us all. How wrong we were, a very limited selection of pizza available, obscure choice of flavours available- definitely not worth the price. There were long periods of time that there were only one or two pizzas to choose from and the pasta dishes were bland and had a horrible texture from being left stood. We were all poorly after and at over £60+ lighter for three, definitely would not go back!

Grandchildren enjoyed far more than I did! Crowded when we went in (which I understand is good for business) with little regard for social distancing. Staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful, all credit to them.

Staff were fantastic, 12 quid I'd hella steep for an individual pizza in my opinion, I mean it was nice and all but... free salad bar is OK but the salad is pretty tasteless

A good choice for a teatime treat with the family, 10 of us plus a baby walked in without booking and nothing was a problem, great staff,looked after us.Salad was nice and fresh, a great choice of superb Pizzas, a lovely Lasagne and other dishes also available.There is some alcoholic drinks available, but a great choice of soft drinks for the children, with some on all you can drink.Disabled parking with access available and a rest room. Worked out about £12 per head, good value and everyone was happy.
