Pizza Hut - St.Andrew's Quay Hull in Kingston upon Hull

Lovely trip to Pizza Hut. Our second visit since and I have to say this was a far better visit than the last. We had the Buffet bundle meal which is £13.99 for all the pizza you can his, all the ice cream you can stomach and refillable drinks. The child’s Buffett was £8.99. It works out quite well as the drinks are £3.25 by themselves with out adding pizza, salad and ice cream. Pizza was tasty and the salad was fresh. What a nice visit.

I love pizza hut, I like the buffets. But it seems like pizza hut has become quite impersonal now. Scanning table codes and not ordering with wait staff etc. It's fine, but it's just a bit impersonal.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Pizza Hut for a family meal. The menu was clear and made it easy to order. The food was lovely, we all enjoyed it. The salad bar and the ice cream factory went down very well with both my 7-year-old granddaughters!The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the guy who looked after us called Darren.

Better than last time we came. The salad bar is back, but table service isn't, and don't think it will do anymore. The table apps are awful to use, usually have to do it several times before it works eventually. Don't see the point of it at all, as the staff are already there.

Arrived without booking at 11.45am, waited to be seated, which was quick and efficient. Friendly lady served us.Food was hot and delicious, offered on a buffet style arrangement.Only reason for 4 stars? Tables are a little cramped. I am 6 foot 1 and it was a but bit small for me, with quite upright seats (booth).However, the food and drink was fantastic.

Bad from the start. No greeting. Electronic menu and the restaurants menu don’t match up at all. Staff took the wrong order twice.When food finally came, the pizza looked like a piece of paper with some tomato sauce in it and the odd bit of meat (it was a stuffed crust meat feast).It’s a shame that I can’t post the pictures of this scam of a pizza here. Really disappointed, never coming back or ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.Local businesses have much better food than this place.

Staff were kind, polite and helpful.Menu was via a QR code to a website to order, the process was easy and quick to use, menu seemed limited and somewhat expensive for what you got.Adult size pizzas and children's meals were tasty and good selection for vegan/vegetarians, extra charge for vegan cheese seemed unfair when selecting some pizza options.Would recommend but try finding discount codes beforehand to make it worthwhile.

Has gluten-free options, however compared to a gluten-containing pizza, it's nothing to write home about. You get the impression they come out of big boxes in plastic bags before being baked. Great that they offer them, and plenty of sides that are gluten-free, but the pizza - (of course, it's what we all go there for!) could be better.

Got parked up no trouble. Restaurant has a chilled out atmosphere & wasn't too busy so we were eating our food in no time at all. Staff were very accommodating and even adjusted my final bill to make sure that I got the savings from the deals they had going. Thanks guys!

Great food, amazing staff who could not do enough for us. We had limited time and the staff made sure our food was out super quick and we're so friendly. First time in about 15 years that I had been to a Pizza Hut but will definitely visit again soon. Thank you
