the road is strongly traffic noise, the sounds of motors in the room it feels like you are lying on a mattress near the road, I couldn’t fall asleep until 3:00 am packed all my things and went in the car tried to sleep in the car parking is not so noisy I didn’t succeed if your room is not on the parking side, it’s better not to stay here, room 22 mattresses stink of urines, so it’s better sleep in clothes and not undress, terrible place

Slightly dated decor looks like an American motel but very very clean, quirky, very comfortable room and bed good bathroom and great shower / bath well soundproofed plenty of secure parking and nice grounds better than a hotel in a city, great central location for Hull

Close to the railway station...not far from the football stadium and city centre. Free to park and wi-fi. Not got the best of reviews...,but I’m more than happy to give it 5 stars.

The building and the room was tired looking and the carpets were not clean. The bedding was nice and the bathroom was basic but functional. However there was free parking and in a great location. Simply cross the road and you are in the city centre.

The star is only because no option of none in order to leave a review.Never got to see the room, as their system was down, had been all day so couldn't book us in, offered to leave card details but they couldn't do that either...but quite glad as rebooked somewhere much better. The reception/bar looked run down, they weren't serving any food as no staff (not even breakfast) and the rooms looked like something from a American motel..Won't be booking again. Did feel sorry for receptionist though

Absolutely disappointed. Staying before in Campanile hotel in many other places. Nowhere near to the standard. The beds and mattress overworne. Don't know who's responsible for that. Beds sinking and mattress very thin that can feel the edges of the two single beds joined under neeth.I couldn't stay and have to find out something else. But has been charged full price before seeing the rooms.I booked thought the booking.com called them 4 times they said that hotel will do refund just need to wait. Month later response from them HOTEL DECLINED refund . How is thatWould like to put -5 stars but not options for that.

Booked to stay 12/02/22.Arrived to be told system down .Which I understand does happen. But receptionist was smug about it.Saying stay elsewhere as don't know what time can check in.Then in next breathBy the way we don't do weekend bookings now until end of march .She was so rude stayed here quite alot. But found somewhere else much nicer & cleaner so did us a favourAdios campinileNever again

Staying here for 3 nights its not too far away from the shops and restaurants, free parking is always a blessing when working away. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and warm after a cold day on a roof. Nice peaceful nights sleep, can't ask for any more. 👍

Me and my boyfriend stayed here last night. The staff were very welcoming, the accommodation was clean and adequate. I loved the motel style however it could do with a few more plug sockets and a be upgraded a bit. We had a lovely nights sleep and we will definitely be coming back next year.

We didn't even get chance to stay here! Twin room booked in advance. Between 2 of us, we attempted to pay with 5 different cards - all declined. Told by man at desk that it was our cards not the machine. Card machine looked like it had been dropped a number of times! No alternative method of payment accepted. Refused to ring anyone (manager, booking site etc). So ended up having to book another hotel at 9.30 in the evening. The experience was so ridiculous I was starting to think that our cards were being cloned! Looked nice from the outside and adequate parking - but that's all I can tell you! One to avoid for me in the future! Maybe you'll have better luck than I. For a few quid more we got a room at Double Tree Hilton across the road instead - well worth it!
