Robin Hood Takeaway in Kingston upon Hull

Food is alright but it’s always at least 25 minutes late. This time after it was 35 minutes late the owner called me and made out that I was in the wrong for calling once and asking for an update on delivery and then lied & argued with me about the delivery time even though I can see it on just eat. Won’t be ordering again.

Don't recommend this take away at all the shop closed at 11:30 I ordered at 10:45 got a message at 11:00 that it was on it's way rang them at 11:30 apparently it had just left the shop food turns up midnight and is totally ruined and cold

Absolutely appalling service, took 3 hours to have 2 cheeseburger and chips delivered, when It finally arrived it had been microwaved, even the salad in the burger was burning hot

Shocking takeaway! After an hour and a half wait, parts of my order were missing; the fries were cold and stale and the free garlic bread? Well...I'm not surprised it's free, it's just added waste for my recycling.

Good value. Pizza isn't amazing but it's fair for the price. Lots of chip spice on the chips which is great.

Absolutely disgusting service, food was over an hour late then when it finally came it was stone cold and then when I called to complain all they could say was sorry!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Just ordered burger and chips 🍟 for my son he already slept.took one hour and 20 minutes.Very slow service need to hire more delivery driver.

Well let down again by my order it came very late chips cold and no salad on my kebabs it's seem more often then not ghost happens and as a regular customer I will not been using this takeaway again got some very upset kids with halfree there order missing

Got a pizza of these guys it was nice but turned up cold. I called the Take away and their sorted it. 100% Respect to these guys 👍🏽
