Royal Pizza in Kingston upon Hull

Absolutely disgusting. Saw one of the employers in the shop smoking whilst sat down. Also food is disgusting isn't even cooked properly 🤮

All I can say is I have food posing from the chicken that wasn’t cooked waited over a hour for uncooked food and the response was disgusting when asked where my order was. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be ill or of work delivery staff looked like he hadn’t washed in about a month and smelt like prawns seriously avoid this place

Was 2 hours late and delivery driver had it for an hour came stone cold missing chips and apparently nothing there can do about it and turned there phones off.

Decent food, decent prices. missed something off our order but brought it within 5/10 mins. Can recommend inferno pizza!

Absolutely brilliant service...I asked for a pizza that isn't on the menu and it was made without question and cooked to perfection..thank you.

Terrible service!!! Still got part of order wrong. And then waited nearly 2 hours for delivery!!! Absolute disgusting... won't be ordering from there again. They're lucky that they got full payment for it.

5star at getting my order WRONG!Garlic bread was completely burnt.Garlic sauce was some kinds of prawn/chilli sauce.Cheese chip wrap without sauce or salad- had gross looking saled in a horrible looking thick uncooked wrap.Sweetcorn pizza wasn't that bad besides I politely asked for Sweetcorn on half the pizza.Donna meat was all dry and tasted reheated.NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing good to say about this place from the staff to the food all terrible, cold and sloppy chicken doner kebab, not even in a pitta bread just slop over soggy cold and over cooked fries. No proper change so handed £3.50 in loose change, can't even mention their staffing policy.

I only ever order online and get delivery from here. Food is always good, cheap and on time. Delivery drivers are polite.

Just dashed into for a late night pizza fix. It was ducking incredible. Crispy, tasty and hardly any grease in the box. Also the staff were so nice having a chat when I went in! Just moved close by and will be using as my local. Thanks guys
