Nice food

Me and my family ordered 3 special fried rice and 3 chips and curry source and prawn crackers on 27/05/21 I am writing this the next day and still have belly ache my son has been vomenting all night my partner lucky for her didn't eat hers avoid this place disgrace I am going to report to health authorities dont evan deserve a 1star

Gone right down hill, food isn't very nice which is a same because staff are lovely

Overpriced, adequate at best, no delivery, used to be better but quality slipping

Food I ordered was cooked properly, contacted the shop via phone and was told it was not and I was spoken to inappropriately and they hung up on me. Food binned.

Very very rude staff have no knowledge of customer service couldn’t believe how they came across and spoke to me don’t deserve no custom avoid at all costs.

So this is my order from Saigon takeaway as you can see the chicken is pink (uncooked) so I rang them back they refused to come back and look at the food for them selves as they wanted proof so I went it into the takeaway myself opened several pieces of the chicken in front of the chef and proving to him that it was uncooked he told me I have no knowledge of food and point blank refused to give me a refund the customer service and the way he spoke to me on the phone and in the shop was appalling PLEASE SHARE!!! I have pictures for proof and the receipt DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR

Their beef in black been is the best I've ever eaten. They no longer do duck pancakes??why?
