Great, friendly and fast service, good food and great value. What more could you ask for?

It was ok. I was with my Granddaughter, good food, drinks were a little flat but very cold. Student place, great for visiting relatives. Will go again.

Went twice in 4 days. Food very WS basic but can't fault beer wine prices or friendliness of staff. Slightly awkward to get to and might be a bit hectic when full of students

Nice wetherspoons. No students. Only issue is parking. Had to park a few streets away or pay £2 for multistorey

It's OK. Didn't get the usual poppadoms with the curry. Salad was on a v hot plate. Other then that not too bad

Been over a couple of times in the past week (and many times over the past few years) was excited to see sanc taken over by wetherspoons and it started out looking good. A brief summary of my past weeks experience: Had to wait 20 minutes for a single drink on multiple occasions when the bar wasn't that busy and staff were clearly chatting behind the bar.My pizza came on the colder side, thankfully I like it on the floppy side because from the general vibe the staff were dishing out no manager was paying any attention.Staff seemed to have some wierd obsession with carrying trays around with both hands, dropping your drinks off then leaving empties stack up on the table. It's a shame, I'm otherwise a huge fan of wetherspoons, but in this particular case I personally would rather pay a little more somewhere else, and get the experience I'm after, not feeling like a burden to the staff.

Inside the main student union facility at Hull Uni. There are large indoor and outdoor seating areas. You can order through the app on your phone and it's delivered to your table. We didn't have to wait very long at all but there were very few others in. The range of food was good and also came in different portion sizes so would suit all appetites and budgets. All ten of our party enjoyed there food. Staff were efficient and friendly although they did take quite a while to clear played away. Parking is available in various areas near by but may be less spaces during the day and at term times.

Really good atmosphere. This Wetherspoons is on my doorstep. So no more buses. Feel really old when surrounded by students. enjoyed all meals n drinks ive had here.

Not been a student was a bit hesitant going here. It was packed, with believe it or not, students. Friendly atmosphere but didn't have the usual real ales other wetherspoons have.
