Subway in Kingston upon Hull

Went in for coffee's, Emily and Aisha's cheery customer was refreshing. Thanks ladies

I went in and I had to stand around for 10 minutes because the workers were in the back laughing and someone had to call them to serve me. After they came out I ordered a chicken Tina sub but instead they gave me a iconic B.M.T then I asked for 2 cups of tea which she finally gave after having a chat with her Co worker. I was finally given all my stuff and the sub was cold.

Nothing much special about the food. It's the box standard of salad fast food. What was disappointing was the very relaxed COVID-19 safety with more people queuing than what the sticker on the door says. Staff, on the other hand, somewhat bland in their service. Not to mention pushing you to get through. Dare you to change your mind on one of the toppings; you'll be greeted with a scowling face. You've been warned!

6 seats on total, taken up by 6 people. Wasn't allowed to sit in the EMPTY seating area downstairs because quote "We can't be bothered to clean it again". Only gave it the stars because the sandwiches were hot but didn't appreciate being told we'd have to eat outside

This store was lucky to receive 2 stars from me I wasn't impressed at all, my Grandson needed the toilet there wasn't any toilet roll and the toilet was situated next to the food station not hygienic what so ever, I was given blue roll for toilet roll which isn't very good. I have a food tolerance and I can't eat dairy products so I said no cheese or Jalapeños, the young man that was supposed to serve me forgot my food and served someone else. When I eventually got my Nachos there was Jalapeños in the salsa so I had to remove the Jalapeños which was annoying. My daughter wanted a meatball wrap that was fine but my daughter ordered two portions of hash browns the young lady didn't have a clue how many hash browns go into a portion so the staff training must be bad. I would avoid using this subway as it was really busy and the staff was very slow. I hardly ever eat in subway due to the poor service and the food prices has gone up, what you pay for what service and food quality you get is really bad. I personally wouldn't recommend eating here and would suggest eating elsewhere.

Not good, I like a sub, in hull centre the guy looked monged I ordered a foot long, had to repeat my order and choice of bread 3 times, wanted a foot long, he did that and as rolling it dropped it, I didn't notice but did notice was given a 6" queried that he explained had dropped it but it was all there and charged me full price. Not going back. That guy didn't see the problem. On store cam from 16:20hrs until maybe 16:35hrs 01082021. Unpleasant service.

Subway first time I have ever been in and was very impressed at the food afresh it was the place clean and tidy and plenty plenty of people so sue me that's a good recommendation people

Fresh tasty food prepared in front of you. Plenty fillings to choose from. They have meat options and vegtarian/Vegan options to create a sandwich to your requirements. The seating areas are cleaned frequently. The food area is clean and tidy too. The staff are friendly and welcoming :)

First time visit, went for the steak and cheese melt with a side order of hash browns and a latte. Really tasty and good value for money. Being in a wheelchair the staff could have been a bit more helpful instead of just piling it all at me, it would have taken less than 15 seconds to put it on a table for me, but I suppose it's a sign of the times... Luckily a young man opened the door for me on the way in and another on the way out thanks gents.
