(Good Friday ) just made even more special. Just ordered food . Amazing batter fish so white and tasty. Chips amazing too if you want true fish and chips just like been by the seaside . Sue downs is the place .

Cooked a skate for me it was cooked to perfection and marvellous service first time I have been will be back again well done

Expensive for what you get. Not bad just nothing special. Needs a better curry sauce and Pattie needs cooking longer.

Usually very nice fish and chips, but on last visit very few chips and although freshly fried the fish was very greasy.

Went yesterday ordered a large fish n curry sauce never saw it go in the box and when i got back to work n opened the box i expected a box full but wasnt even half the size. Disgusting especially the price they charge. Wont get my repeat custom...

This chip shop is sadly hit and miss. It’s either the best fish and chips ever or it’s just fit for the bin.When it’s the best the fish is beautiful and the chips are golden and soft.When is bad it’s bad the fish dry not to mention a large looking like it’s a extra extra small, the chips brown and hard. Often they miss items off and you get home and discover a curry sauce or mushy peas missing.How I wish they could just be consistent

Ordered today and the staff are always really friendly. The fish, chips, patty’s and sauces are our family favourite. We’ve been using it for years and it’s consistently good

Fish was very nice. Batter crisp and fish fresh and well cooked. Lots of chips. Couldn't finish them. Great Chippie with very pleasant staff.
