Awful duck had horrible taste chicken balls not cooked right curry was like water

I live 2 minutes away. I mostly order curry sauce, Noodles and chips and go into the shop. Never waiting long. Cash only. The curry sauce is different. If you like it with a kick, then this is the curry sauce for you, its not overly hot. Its not mild and tasteless either.

We order from superwok regular and its really nice food, never had an issue with the food.The only problem which seems to occure is waiting time, its always either 1 hour and half or 2 hours for it to finally arrive, i understand times may be busy but 2 hours isnt really acceptable, especially when we have stayed loyal to the same chinese as we enjoy their food.And when we call, they always say "its just leaving" but then still takes over half an hour at least to arrive still.Need more delivery drivers or another cook to help in my opinion 🤗👌

First time trying super wok and the young lady at the counter was very polite and found there food to be spot on.

Been a fan of Super Wok for a few years, but over the last few months the foods been declining and after todays awful effort im afraid its off to new pastures.just one last question what have you done to your prawn crackers ?
