Fantastic food, perfectly cooked chicken ... Couldn't fault it. The staff was friendly and catered to our every need.

Avoid. Not worth the price and the time. Well, at some point after receiving the order, the waiter arrives with an array of dishes which weren't ordered by us. The man sights a rule of one main course per person which we weren't made aware of while odering and literally utters that's what's leftover in the kitchen and starts a quarrel. Staff clearly lacks poise, and is inept to deal with customers with clarity and respect. Never had a worst experience than this in the UK. Huge let down. You could rather try the 'Spice of South India' in Hull as hands down a superior dining experience.

Worst experience the taste was bad, the attitude of the staff was bad and the best thing guys they have the policy that they will count the total number of guest and you will have to order minimum number of main course same as number of guest for example if 10 friends are going you will have to order 10 main course i repeat- MAIN COURSE , the sides ,starters, breads, desserts are different (Are you serious😱)this is the policy of this restaurant to loot the customers.I have encountered this for the 1st time in my life even though i have been to a lot of restaurants in UK and Hull.Big big Hate for this restaurant.

Me and my husband went in for food yesterday and this is one of the best Indians wev had! The food was very tasty, my favourite was the keema rice with green chillies! The staff were lovely, our waiter was very friendly and prompt! The food arrived on time and the price was good for what we ordered! Defo will go back!

While i didn't eat here, i hear the food is excellent, but i was totally put off. I tried to book a table just for me for my birthday, i was met with a humiliating pause. Yes, booking for one. Told what time, then said fine, then hung up on.It's perfectly ordinary to eat alone and book a table. No need for judgement.

Came here on Saturday September 25th as it opened. We were served very promptly by a very friendly waiter. The food was lovely, very well cooked. We were always kept up to date about the state of our order which was a nice touch. Very reasonable prices as well. Only problem was the ladies toilets. When I went in the toilet doors have a massive gap around them so you can easily see out into the bathroom. I know only ladies would go in there but it is a little uncomfortable to find there’s a large enough gap for people to see into, hence four stars and not five.

1st time for me eating from here tonight. My daughter home from Paris for a few days with her partner and really wanted Indian food. We ordered a huge variety of different starters and mains. It can honestly say it was absolutely gorgeous. Will def be back for more without a doubt. Def 5 star for me.

Well this may contradict some reviews but it was our experience. My wife, daughter and I went in Sunday night after watching Queen (very good) and booking a table for 8:30. So, we turned and was seated. The place is nice and cozy inside. After 10 minutes I asked for a menu to which a waiter muttered yes or something. We waited another 5 minutes and askdd again. Now there was 1 table of 4 and a table of 8 all eating. So asked again and got menus. The waiter took drinks orders about a further 5 mins later. The starters arrived and were nice in all fairness. However the pickles were insipid. One just chopped onion with some flecks of parsley, the mango chutney was jam - smooth and sugary and the garlic was off white and more like yoghurt. We all said not nice. One whole hour later and after asking 4 times, restaurant near empty now with just us 2 others and the 1 table of 4. Well the mains arrived and then a few minutes later the sides. Again being fair, the mains were very nice. Wife and daughters tasted exactly the same but were different from the menu. The vegetable curry was lacking taste and watery. We all didn't like it. At nearly 10pm we abandoned the last course paid (fifty quid) and left. Mains & starter good, rest bad and service very poor. We have had better food for same money that left enough for the next day. Can't say we will visit here again. Mediocre food, bad service.
