Placed an order for 2 pizza's and chips through there own website, 1 hour 20 mins after order still no food, I rang and after she took 2 telephone orders I asked where my food was, "its leaving in 2 mins" she said, 30 mins later turns up stone cold. Why does it take 2 hours to deliver 2 pizzas on a Tuesday night? Won't be going back

Tops to the delivery driver that helped when I dropped my box of takeaway on the floor

Well what can I say the manager needs to get some more staff or something done where as,I have ordered my order over 40min ago and been told will be done in 20min been waiting went to the counter totally being ignored at the paypoint not saying I will be 1 min or nothing there are que of more people waiting and people arriving later was getting served before us I used to love this shop but it's getting rubbish so I give u a 1 star.. very disappointed in lack of communication, customer service.Oh another thing why open another desert shop if they can't function 1 properly..

Often use this take away. Ive tried most items on menu. Every take away specialise in one item which here are the pizzas. There kebabs are ok. But there chicken is just normal stuff u can get from iceland. Staff are helpful here and really care. Do give this place a visit u may be surpised. The most reviews are from just eat and it often comes down to delivery drivers. But just pop in and see how they really are

*2 hours late*cold* no taste* rude service when called*garlic was minty (unstated)*not worth the wait or money

Ordered through just eay at 6.30 Delivery by 7.45 and still waiting (8.05). Rang them to be told they were very busy. Why accept and then not deliver on time? Been using them for years and coincidentally whilst writing this got a text from just eat saying it is on its way. Lets see..... on a positive note, food is always spot on.

Haven't ordered from here in a while ...due to quality of the food been hit and miss ..thought I would give it another try..and defiantly will not order again ...can never seem to get the order right and there's always something missing and food still not great

Ordered food come to 18.40 so got a free pizza with it asked can I add stuffed crust for the added 1.20 yes pal no problem.Get a call back 5 mins later but couldn't take it my self has I was in the bath oh because it's a free pizza it will be £2 pound not the £1.20 that I first said so it's an extra 80p now I must say how you have the balls to asked for an extra 80p on top of the 1.20 it states is a joke and a disgrace it's a good job I didn't answer because I would of said keep the lot and I'll go back to ings

Usually really good but i ordered tonight and it took ages to arrive. i apriciate it gets busy but i only ordered a chicken wrap and chips and i live 5 mins away. Did ask for a bbq chicken wrap and i was send a mayo chicken wrap, even after calling me to ask if i wanted sauce on my chips it arrived with nothing on. May sound petty but when your paying for something you expect esactly what youve asked for 😁
