Valencia Bay in Kingston upon Hull

Place gets a bad wrap (no pub intended) I reckon, personally I've rarely been disappointed by this place and is always a good go too at stupid o'clock after work.

Turned up cold and tasted awful. Went straight in the bin!

Staff are brilliant! Great customer service even to a pain in the bum like me, amazing taste and super cheap. The free food you get when not ordering from the meals is also good and if they forget just ask next time and they always deliver!TLDR: Great food for a great price! 10/10

Ordered 2 cheesy chip wraps, stone cold. The girl on the phone said to me what do you want me to do about it, she blamed the cheese when I said it was cold, she replied that’s how it goes, never again will I order from here, disgrace

So I ordered 2 meal deals which consisted of 6 pizzas in total.When we started to tuck in we took a bite of hotshot to find it had prawns and anchovies on.I rung valencia to complain and was told that it was a mistake and the owners of the pizza I had received had already rung. I had no phone call to inform me, its disgusting, so glad nobody had an allergic reaction. I was told would receive the hot shot that I had ordered and asked for a free bottle of diet coke for inconvenience, even this wasn't granted.

Donner kebabs are great. Salad and sauces always taste fresh... Open late, so handy on the way home from fishing ,whatever the time.

Got a takeaway tonight, and it was by far the best one yet. Food is absolutely beautiful and also very very hot! Thankyou to you and your team! 🙂

Good but less chips and more Donna meat would be better, a little warmer and other half curry was great and warm

First time we ordered (for a change from our normal takeaway) they forgot our chips and free pizza.So second go, I order last night a kebab, an a pizza and portion chips with extra garlic and chillie portion. Came to just short of £25.It came, kebab meat looked real pale but tasted ok, until we tried a piece with garlic and chilli on, oh my god, what a foul taste of a fusty horrible taste, I thought it was me but my hubby spat his out and neither of us touched the kebab, it was vile.Pizza was ok, very sparse on topping.Really won't be bothering again.We did sign as we got someone's 2 portions of chips though so we just had pizza n chips.Really feel like we wasted our money.

this is the best French fries I have ever tried, brilliantly brilliant, I could have it to the end of my life!!!
