Apadana in Kirklees

Our first time at Apadana - Went for a Birthday meal with friends who had been before who highly recommended and we were not dissapointed. A very relaxed atmosphere with lovely staff where nothing is too much trouble. The food was amazing, abundant with many suttle flavours. The Persian ice-cream is the best I have tasted. Enjoyed the evening so much we spent 3hrs there relaxed chatting.Thank you all for a lovely evening.

I was so looking forward ordering from Apadana on valentines day to have a chilled night in at home , the portions are extremely small.As a Persian I know what a good kobideh is and the way my food arrived I was shocked! They forgot to put the rice into the container. The quality of the meat was awful. The lady on the phone was extremely rude asking chef if he added the rice and he kept on saying yes clearly not. By the time they sent the rice my food was super cold I had to put it in oven to warm it up. Im sorry but this is not how you look after customers.

I went here with my family to celebrate my birthday. We all had a great time...lovely place, beautiful food & the staff were amazing, polite, friendly & so welcoming. They sang happy birthday to me & brought me a slice of cake. I would highly recommend this place & will visit again soon. Thank you

Lovely restaurant, the staff all very friendly and polite and came to check on our table multiple times despite the restaurant being quite busy which was lovely to see, the owner was amazing as always and the food was brilliant, very well cooked… compliments to the chefs and I would 100% recommend going here!

Very bad experience super rude staff and food is extremely small portions with a strange taste to all meat and soggy. The manager with fake lips kept rolling her eyes. Bad experience wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely excellent food and service, run by such nice people too. We had some Persian tea followed by the seer sausages and borek panir. The sausages were tasty and rich, the borek panir were delicious. We also shared the jooje chicken and the lady who served us told us how we could either melt butter into the rice or mix it with the grilled tomato, we did a bit of both and it was excellent. We also had some sesame bread which was great for soaking up all the sauces. At this point we were incredibly content but it was impossible to say no to some Baghlava which was served with cream and topped with cinnamon, again, absolutely excellent.Just to add all this was only £35 (granted we weren’t having alcohol and shared a main on this occasion so expect a little more if you are eating and drinking a bit more) but not only was the food and service exceptional but the value was too. We’ll definitely be back soon.

I honest personal speaking had the best and much delicious kebab I ever tried. Me and my hubby had the “mixed grill platter for two” which was so delicious highly recommend, I will give it more then 5 STAR ☺️ One and only Apadana Persian restaurant in Huddersfield with great service too. if you haven’t tried yet missed a lots go right now with no regrets guaranteed you will love as much I do. ☺️

7 of us on my Birthday Bash. Good to see a busy restaurant. Enjoyed the night and was looked after well by obviously very busy staff, however they made us feel welcome and a good time was had by all - Cheers

Great service, great food, lovely staff, could not fault this place.We had a brilliant time, this restaurant is definitely a new favourite!The meat was cooked with perfection, tender, flavorful and authentic.The sides are so delicious, the flavours are carefully constructed even down to the salad dressing, not to forget how well the food was presented to us.You could tell they have put their heart into preparing and presenting their food.this restaurant is a hidden gem!
