Good food, homemade cakes, choice of coffees and there's a deli too

Nom nommm cheeeeese, Grommet. Small deli with café. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Sells an array of produce, including Yorkshire honey. Great little cheese counter. I bought some Bowlands Lancashire cheese with apple and cinnamon and also some Villa Verde, which is absolutely the most greenest of cheeses I have ever seen - not surprising as it has green pesto, pine nuts and fenugreek in. Not tried either yet but their enticing ingredients were such a strong lure...!

Lovely little Cafe serving a nice variety of hot and cold food. Service is excellent. Definitely worth a visit. Small public car park across the road.

I've only been once but definitely the best Café I've ever been in. It's an amazing building and you have to go to see the wonderful people and building.

I'll give five stars for nice staff only ordered hot beef sandwich and scone for afterwards got the scone first and hot beef sandwich was luke warm also asked for more sugar for drinks and never got any.

Such a cute place! The food was great, clearly freshly made. It has lovely seating outside between Sids Cafe and the church, the inside has a cute 'cafe' feel too!

Best pudding I've ever had - Ginger pudding with ginger sauce and ice cream. Delicious. Also shared a cheese board with my daughter, great selection of cheeses with chutney, fresh bread, salad and crackers. Wonderful.

Appalling behaviour from the man in his 60's working there Wednesday afternoon at approximately 3pm wearing black. We ordered takeaway cups as no seat available outside. When one did become available we went and sat down. Only 4 this thug to come along and say if you order takeaway that's exactly what we expect you to do. And told us to go away. Also the coffee was terrible. Tasteless and wishy washy. Not happy 😠😠😠

Great food, lovely staff, love it here

We sat outside because of having our dog with us. I had a ham, cheese & mustard panini, my husband had a coronation jacket potato. Both both meals were real nice. Good service & very polite. Our view sat outside Beatties.
