Found a hair in my pizza and the chips were cold and tasteless won’t order again first time customer bad impression

Awesome pizza, I love chicken and sweetcorn pizza and Bruno makes the best deep pan pizza, personally by hand,. Highly recommend, yoh will not be disappointed

Has absolutely no idea regarding food allergies, which I find shocking in 2022!You need to get someone new on the phone that has some manners.

Just moved in the area and thought I'd order a traditional pizza from brunos,I got told 1 hour but waited 1 hour 20 minutes for and when it came both pizzas was soggy and the chips as well,don't order from this place you'd be really disappointed like I was☹☹☹☹ps I couldn't put no stars,that's how bad that was.

2x deep pan pepperoni pizzas ordered for collection. The pizza dough was incredibly stodgy in texture instead of being light and fluffy and there was far too much cheese on them. We couldn't even pick the slices up without the sheer weight of the cheese instantly sliding off and landing in the bottom of the box. Very sparse with the pepperoni too. compared to other take-aways.

Sorry Bruno but I've known you for over 25 years and tonight has been the worst experience ever at your shop. Ordered and was told about an hour, no probs. After an hour I asked how long. Told 15-20 mins as busy. After this time I again ask how long. Very rude lady on phone said didn't know. Told to hang up so they could sort it. Ask to speak to you but you weren't there. Think you need to sort staff out if you need to be away from there. I will not use again unless I here from you.

May have lovely pizza but I'll never know. Ordered, 1 hour 30 mins later still no pizza. Called and got told another 25 minutes. 2 hours for delivery is not acceptable. Cancelled the order

Brilliant, service we ordered pizza and burgers they was delicious and the burgers are the best iv known from any takeaway iv tried be using Brunos from now on!!

After second time of ordering food came clap cold. After a hour and half wait phoned brunos lady said what can we do i was told to put in microwave what a joke if i could give zero stars i would be aware before ordering people shame they dont care must be another money laundering scheme

Discussing customer service , pizza dripping with grease , not eatable at all. Also not interested about the customer after complaining , no refund given , staff rude after taking food back to the shop, would give no stars if I could ,
