Nice, well maintained and presented very professionally. Excellent ranges and various quality options. Access was ample for pushchairs or scooters. The café was very tempting but the prices were well above what I would typically pay for a pot plant, a sentiment shared with a few folks I chatted with on the way round

Lovely afternoon tea in the cafe followed by shopping. Bought some gifts & a few pots & plants.

Went for lunch and a look round..Great café,quick service even at a busy time! Lovely quality roses which I particularly wanted to see and lots more including craft items etc! Good place to buy presents!! Disabled loo available if you can't manage the steps down to the toilets!(there is a lower entrance if you walk around for access!)Will be going again! Disabled parking spaces!

Went to the cafe for an afternoon tea, it was lovely. We had the deluxe and had a good choice of sandwiches and little cakes and desserts. We couldn't eat it all but you can get a box to take it home. Would highly recommend for treat or special occasion.

Really good place for all your gardening stuff. My partner wanted something to get her mum for mothers day, and just as we were about to head for home out of the corner of our eyes we spotted the ideal gift. And apparently it was much better than what my partner was going to get originally.Definitely worth checking out... shop local 👍

My friend and I had afternoon tea and it was really nice. A sandwich of your choice.... few crisps.... scones cream and jam.... mini cheesecake.... brownie and a biscuit.... we added a bowl of chips.... included in the price was tea or coffee of your choice. Will definitely visit again. Staff were friendly.

Came for afternoon tea with my sisters and brothers it was very busy in the cafe only 1 till and took over 20 minutes to get served even though the lady on the till was lovely and very apologetic. We didn't wait too long for our food. The smoked salmon sandwiches had too much salmon in and was over baring for me as I'd never had smoked salmon before but even sisters took some of the salmon off. The prawns were absolutely tasteless everyone in my party of 9 said the same. The rest of the food was fantastic couldn't fault it.

Went for Deluxe afternoon tea, which I've had a couple of times before and loved! They have changed it and I was quite disappointed. No chips included, which seem to have been swapped for pastries (not that nice) and I didn't like 2 of the 3 cakes. The scones were lovely as usual and the butterfly bun was yummy. I will order things separately next time rather than the afternoon tea selection. Still had a nice time though and the staff are lovely.

Visited today sign on door said closes 4pm Jan, Feb.Had a look round centre but seemed to be in process of being restocked so didn't buy anything. Arrived at cafe approx 1505hrs. Staff finished serving customer before me then turned to me and said sorry we are closed. Only wanted coffees but staff didn't ask what we wanted. There were no customers in queue behind me so don't know why they couldn't have served me a couple of coffees and plenty of time before closing time. Usually visit fairly regularly but don't think treating customers like this acceptable.

Very nice garden center. Not huge but big enough. Nice Christmas displays. Very popular cafe. Amazing in house cakes. And very good food. Lovely cream teas as well. Take your granny or your wife. Fab place.
