Chans Chinese Takeaway in Kirklees

Totaly gone down after new management not coming back again 😒

Tonight I received the best take away I have had in a long while from Chans. I made an order on the phone for delivery, staff member was very polite, the delivery was quick and the driver was lovely, the food was spot on and came piping hot, the sweet and sour sauce was still bubbling when it arrived! Prawn crackers and spring rolls were given as freebies and were lush. Really well priced as well. I’m so sick of spending money on food that’s just been thrown together with no care or effort but honestly I really recommend this place and will be ordering again!

Anybody know what has happened to chans chinese... Just ordered food from there.... I use the term. Food. Loosely.. Lacking ingredients.. Such as meat andVery bland.. Chips I think they were from 2 days ago not good.. So won't be going back for anymore...

Have always loved the food from Chans until recently as the managment has changed and the food is now very poor . Have made a polite complaint and asked for a return call but had no reply. Will not be wasting our money again.

Of the takeaway chinese's we use we lake these the best

I had Mushroom chow main with chips n hubby had curry with egg fried Rice which he loved it, Bk in September I bought a money plant from them £19 which looks very life less phone number 01924Being going here 4 over 10 years now & just luv all chowmain but mostly Mushroom ❤

I orded a happy family for me and my wife and boy I wish I had not there was a cooked slug in my meal and when I got back to them to tell tell them I gotva little arrogant Chinese man bang on my door and refuse to give me the money back I had spent he just said no and drove away stay clear of this place at all cost I will never eat Chinese food again he was also very abusive and aggressive can you answer this then did someone order a family to staincliffe Road and ring back to tell you we found a slug in it and wanted the money back also did you not revisit my property and refuse to give the money back or take the food away answer them honestly and see who is lying you nasty horrible little ba####d

Orderered a meal last Saturday duck in orange sauce chips discusting more like pork chips was warmed up delivered it into 20 mins had to throw it away never order from them again

Under the current circumstances (covid-19 pandemic) I loved the food from here!!! Salt and pepper chicken is a must, the wings were a little over done, but still tasted great, thank you for your excellent service 👍 Will defo order again
