Chickano's in Kirklees

ordered after a while as kids wanted a change from the usualpicked up the order and drove home only to find it was the wrong order very dissapointed.eventually rang up and went back got the order replaced the guy that was dealing with us wasnt very enthiusiastic at all.the order that was brought back he kept saying take the order with you that has been brought back a bit stupid when you got it wrong in the first place.The whole staff are not enthiusiastic at all its like they didnt care at all what was going on and not apologetic at all.absolutely terrible experience wasnt happy at all and i dont think il go back.Not a welcoming experience and appaling customer service

Ordered a butterfly chicken meal took out the fries into the box and a plaster comes out absolutely disgusting called chicanos to complain customer service was appaling and when I spoke to the manager he is also rude saying the plaster does not belong to them now me and the office staff go to ch9kanos to show them when we arrived manager is rude not apologetic and continues to say it is the uber driver who may have eaten the chips and left a plaster unrealistic scenario he offers a meal replacement which non of us would ever eat from there after thisDisrespectful staff and management they giggle after we stand back to leave

These have gone up in price but you pay for what you get. Standard is great, delicious food, quick service, clean as a whistle. Been watching them grow for years. Great work. Love it. Cheers, James

Awful staff!I was stood a few steps behind a customer with learning difficulties waiting for my food. Staff was giggling at each other due to his disability! After the customer left, I asked to speak to the manager about this and the reply was “ I am the manager!”Come on chickanos this is not on- Laughing at individuals with mental disabilities. You can’t get lower than this.

Ordered a mighty Memphis meal with add ons for collection. I got home and it appears they gave me a standard meal with no add ons and had the audacity to charge me for stuff that I haven't received. The young lady that took my order on the phone was the one that charged me. She was having a convo that wasn't work related with the other 2 lads (which is normal) as long as you get your work done. As an establishment you should be doing the MINIMUM of providing the customer with what they ordered.Tip for the manager to reduce such errors: get the person receiving the order to do a final check before giving it to the customer.I've seen other reviews with missing items, so it seems to be a common occurrence that needs to be addressed.I'm a regular customer here via uber eats and the food is normally spot on. Never had any issues before.If the food is good and the customer service is atrocious, how do you expect people to come back for in store orders?

NOT as good when first opened up. Standards are rock bottom. Chicken in the burger was cold, did not seem to be freshly cooked. It was if it had sat in the back for the last hour, before being prepared. Tasteless. For the price being charged I expect my burger to be freshly made and to have a long lasting taste.

Ordered a Mexicano burger meal to eat in. The chips were fresh however the burger itself was cold. On request they did replace the burger which was warm but it still wasn’t as expected. Hardly any sauce and honestly didn’t really enjoy it. Drove from Manchester to this place as it was requested by a friend. Overall very disappointing

Very nice fast food place, did love it to the last bite, good size meal, tasty, very good service so a great experience overall.

It's beautiful food. The staff however are slow and don't really pay attention. Why don't you also take card payment? Sounds fishy to me. Tax evasion?
