Great food but when they get it wrong get it horribly wrong

It wasn't bad but definitely not as I expected from the reviews. I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and a side of 3 wings. Chips weren't fresh, they were tough and semi overcooked then left out to sit. Garlic mayo couldn't save them unfortunately. Burger was pretty basic but good, I enjoyed it. I ordered what I thought would be hot wings but the wings had no heat to them; very greasy out the fryer but no real hot to the hot wings. Would I return? Maybe to try something different since it wasn't too heavy on the pocket overall.

Nice burgers compared to other places and Fries are good. Food was a bit cold tho

Fab food. Always fresh and super tasty. Best milkshakes in Dewsbury by far! Especially the Oreo. Friendly staff too which is a bonus

We ordered chill chicks , they told us they are delivering but over an hour later we rang and they said they didn’t have a delivery driver.

We ordered the other day. We were waiting 1hour 50mins for our order to arrive. The food was cold.We have always had lovely food from chilli chicks. Will not order for along time!

Food is always spot on. They have a great selection of fast food and desserts.Staff are kind , polite and accommodation your needs.Burgers are well made and the fries are spot on!Relatively fast service, so I'd defo be back for more.

My wife has acid reflux and she cannot eat any spicy food for health reasons.This is why when we ordered from this place we clearly wrote in additional infos to make something not spicy or the less spicy as possible.We ate in their place many other times and they provided to us mild food, but now they just delivered something totally uneatable.Contrary to my wife, I eat spicy food and I like it, but I cannot bear what they brought. It is literally fire!I called to complain and asked why did they bring that if we clearly specified that we don't want spicy food and they just said that it is our fault because we ordered something spicy (!?!). How could we know that that thing is spicy? It is not mentioned in the menu. And why they didn't call back to tell us: 'look, this thing is very spicy, then if you want mild food we may offer something else'.Now I spent 12 pounds and I need to throw it in the bin and I don't have food to eat for lunch.I told them asking if they deliver something else to fix the thing and they said 'no'. They just offered us free drink us if we order again another time... I'll never order again and I suggest everyone not to do that.Few months ago I ordered from them and waited 2 hours for my food...
