Costa Coffee in Kirklees

It's alright. Not a big fan of their coffee but enjoy their flavoured and iced drinks. Cakes tends to be good. Any food is massively overpriced.Has toilets, baby change, highchairs and accessible areas, and is generally pretty clean.

Didn’t serve frappes, was told to go elsewhere as they didn’t have the machine. They tidy up all the outside tables two hours before closing. Tried to sit down inside and had someone sweeping rubbish by my feet. Seems the workers are just rushing to get off as soon as possible.

Very clean and tidy Costa coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a large selection of the usual Costa coffee treats to eat as you’d expect.

Not worth one star. Ordered a plain hot chocolate with no cream. Looked and tasted like warm vomit 🤮 will not be going back to this costa again!!! Definitely do not recommend

This shop doesn't have any normal syrups only sugar free and the staff are slow and they are too busy talking amongst themselves instead of taking orders in 2 out of 10 is being gracious.

Staff are not helpful, I couldn't believe they put me the cup and the sandwich on separate plates without a tray expecting me to keep going on and off to my table for each individual item!! When I asked for the tray they looked at me as if I am asking for something unusual then they brought me a wet tray for me to put my stuff on, without even tissues which are lacking on the central console!!! Finally go for the toilets... dirtiest ever seen in Costa.Bottom line, if you are going to this branch expect a grumpy poor service with unhygienic toilet. I wish someone from managers or owners are looking at the reviews here.

Not impressed that all unoccupied tables had not been cleaned after previous customers had left, I had to go to the counter and ask for the table to be sanitised. Then when hot sandwiches were ready I was called to collect them from the counter, I also had to ask for serviettes as they had not been supplied. Sorry to say that was not a very good experience that day.

Staff wasn't listening properly to order had to repeat twice. food and coffee was nice

Wouldn't even give this 1 star, very dirty, slow and cold.I ordered a Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate.. The coffee machine was really dirty and the drink was cold, sent it back and they didn't even make me a fresh one she just put some steam over it!!! And it was still cold!!
