Domino's Pizza Heckmondwike in Kirklees

Ordered last night, extremely disappointed, in fact I was fuming after seeing and tasting the pizza, it was horrible I didn't actually eat it all, it was that bad, within 30min I was on the toilet with bad stomach, this was definitely the worst ever pizza I've ordered from Heckmondwike branch, and will most certainly be the last time too..The whole order was cold on arrival too, my pizza was over cooked, so much so the outer edges of the pizza were like chewing a brick, so I could eat it.Overall very disappointed with the experience.....

Well this was the worst Dominos I’ve ever eaten. (I can’t tell if it’s just this branch or if dominos has gone down hill but this was awful)Everything was so dry and tasteless. The pizza was all over the lid of the box. What a waste of money, half of it went in the bin.Don’t waste your money, go to Pizza Hut over the road instead.

Food stated it was out for delivery, I tracked driver he went via Sheffield for some reason. Food turned up cold, I rang up to complain bloke on other end of phone sounded like he was stood at side of M1 and was complaining he couldn’t hear me when I was telling him my food was cold. He just told me that they set off in time and it wasn’t his problem. Definitely not ordering from dominos ever again.

Our deliveries are always over half an hour late. So our food arrives cold. The customer service on the phone is extremely rude.We have given up and wont be ordering again!! We have learnt our lesson over and over again.Ridiculous.

Easy to order and ready on time. Pizza quality is excellent. Will visit again.

I travel all over the country for my job. Out of all england why did the worst dominos have to be in Heckmondwike. Really doughy and undercooked and late, bearing in mind dominos is a fortune I'm very disappointed.

Always great and efficient on the phone and they have a great website ordering system if you prefer that. Very nice staff and conscientious about food allergies and preferences. Good food to take away and well worth the prices.

Vastly improved over recent months, food is warm again. Still annoying we cannot have a 50/50 pizza, there is no reason for this other than greed from Domino's. This is the brand, not isolated to this store as I order from plenty round the country and all the same.

Driver turned up with 2 smashed pizzas and looked at me all shocked when I told him to take them back. Called the store and they made new ones the second time only to miss off the dip I had paid for and the pizzas tasted undercooked. Second driver told me not his problem when I mentioned about the dip and to call the store couldn't be bothered with 3 deliveries in one night so left it. Avoid this place

Ordered as a Friday treat, didn't turn up, money taken. Waited an hour. Called, told it would be 15 minutes. Called after another 30 minutes, they don't have an order. Three hungry kids. McDonald's to the rescue. Not left with a sense of certainty whether will even get a refund. Wont let me post a 0 star review.
