Grameen Lounge in Kirklees

Went to this lovely little curry house again tonight.Staff are welcoming and really friendly. Had one of the new curry's on the menu and I personally was very impressed (best curry I have ever had).Prices are also reasonable will certainly be returning again soon.

My local curry house and what a damn fine 1 it is. The usual traditional curries plus plenty of speciality curries. Warm welcome friendly staff. Will definitely be going again

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here yesterday. The staff was exceptionally accomodating and very friendly. The food was first class, thank you to you all, that made our day special, we will back again soon.

Ordered at 5.30 on the website . ETA 6pm.Rang twice to be told on way with driver.Then 40 mins later same thing and told a free drink for inconvenience.Will not go again ..Update... after calling them again ! They apologised for the mix up and sent a free bottle of wine.Curry was beautiful and onion Bhaji were amazing.

Best curry experience in Yorkshire. We travel from Leeds every month to dine here.

The best Indian restaurant in the area. Their specials menu is incredible and onion bhaji is light and crisp. Always impressed with either eat in or takeaway!

I popped in to the Grameen Lounge on the way home. I wasn't disappointed. The food was very tasty.

Food was good to o.k, prices for food around average. Drinks a tad on the expensive side. Decor a bit bland and some of the chairs could do with replacing. Service was good/freindly. I would recommend on the food and staff. Spent around £52 on a 2 course with 4 alcoholic drinks. Only small grumble was the sliding door to upstairs toliet let a really cold draft if sitting close to it. I asked for us to move to another table which they sorted. (So get a normal door that closes shut please!!)
