Heavenly Desserts in Kirklees

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I was served by ibraheem who went above and beyond with his service - from ensuring me and my family were seated in a comfortable location to ensuring that the desserts met the dietary requirements for my children and even kept them entertained. Brilliant customer service - the team could learn a thing or two from this young lad!

Very high-end deco with nice staff. The desserts are well prepared and their outlook always allure the tongue of nice food eaters. Lastly, the bill comes out is much cheaper than I thought! Will visit again and again 🐱🐱

I would give zero if I could. We received the waffle which was completely burnt. We told the girl who served us who was very kind to apologise and ask if we wanted something else. However, a couple of minutes later returned with the burnt waffle saying that the manager is saying that the waffle is not burnt. We then asked to speak to the manager who didn’t even have the decency to come over at first and later reluctantly comes over where we repeated the waffle was burnt and we do not want it. He still argued it wasn’t burnt and claimed that if they had cooked it for any less time the waffle would be raw. So according to him you can either have a raw waffle or overly burnt. After telling him we are not happy he took the waffle away (still arguing). Then came paying the bill. The girl with the big fake lashes was so rude when I asked if the waffle had been removed as we didn’t end up eating it. She scoffs, rolls her eyes and then walks away. We had another girl then come forward to take the payment who was actually very kind. Other than this one wait staff who was lovely the rest were completely rude and unprofessional. This place is an absolute joke and is run by a bunch of unprofessional and extremely rude people. No wonder the whole place was empty. Manager is very rude and needs to learn how to deal with customers. Maybe then he can teach the staff how to professionally deal with customers. We will never visit this place again. Just to end the other deserts we had ordered were below average. Definitely not worth the money and the atmosphere just leaves a bad taste in your mouth

Excellent customer service and the desserts were on point.Mind you the Cornflake Tart was a very sizeable portion and I was unable to finish it.Also the desserts were presented very nicely.Well worth a try.

Took my savings out of my account expecting to be charged outrageous prices, but was pleasantly surprised to find the everything was reasonably priced. Loved the little hardback menus! Beautifully spaced out seating gave a wonderful atmosphere and the service was good!!

Recommended to everyone, staff are always happy to be serving you. Not sure on what the bad reviews are saying because honestly I think they're lying! Desserts are always served to a good standard and waiting times aren't very long. Staff always going the extra mile, no doubt about that. Always being considerate and understanding of any particular specific things within your order and will make sure it gets done for you. Will be visiting again 10000% because you really can't go wrong 🤝

The desserts were lovely, the portion size was very generous and the overall presentation of the desserts were beautiful😍 We were served by Umar, thanks for the great customer service!Will be visiting again.

The food at Heavenly Desserts is always top notch especially the Chocolate Fondant. The staff have excellent customer service especially Umar as he always remembers mine and my friends’ orders!
