Icestone Gelato in Kirklees

THANKS !! Came with my son and niece after school, it was her 10th birthday. We were given the vip treatment. Even the kids commented how nice the staff were!Food was lovely as always.My friend asked me to post this as she doesn’t have an account.

Ordered through Uber eats, called when 20 minutes late and told that it was just leaving the store, tried to call again after a further 20 minutes, engaged permanently. It’s now over an hour late, no one fancies dessert any more and the store is 15 minutes from closing. Absolutely awful service, definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Been waiting for 1.5 hours for our order. Having rang 3 times, the only answer we've had is that there are not enough drivers. Frankly, thats not my concern as a customer and I've paid for delivery of my kids desserts who are now staying up much later than planned because of a sub standard service.UpdateI've been told its now on the way via a taxi (1.5 hours late) however part of the order is missing and no idea when that will arrive.I despair...

Drove for half an hour to get here on my daughter's birthday. Paid for parking. Website says open at 11. Google says open at 11. Sign in door says open at 11. Lovely sunny Saturday morning. Not open! Pity as I live right next to a nice place that does waffles and ice-cream in Holmfirth (Whippet and Pickle) 4 more groups of people arrived and left disappointed in the ten mins we were there. Won't bother again.

If you offer delivery service, make sure you can deliver & it's decent.Cold Cookie Dough, Melted Ice Cream.Wasn't Coconut Ice Cream (which i ordered & paid for).Was supposed to arrive at about 8pm, arrived at 9pm.Everyone else's desserts were also poor.They ignored their phone when i called.Poor, won't go back.

Order sundaes from here and they've always been good, good icecream and presentation. If you order off a delivery app they usually tell you it's going to be a while but when the desserts come they're always good. Nothing bad to say really.

Not happy with the order today , continous customers since opening. But today received my order a hour later , stone cold rock hard crepe. Crepes are not meant to be rock hard. Chocolate orange completely melted and setting hard.X2 milk cakes came with very watered down milk sauce almost clear. Never ever normally like that and the only thing to come ok was the cheese cake. Not happy and not kids not happy with their treat. Poor food quality poor waiting times.

I ordered 2 choco chip cookies doughs with 2 scoops of Ice-cream. With 2 singles scoops of ice-cream. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Especially HASNAIN who had put my order in. He was very polite, had taken extra care with my order. As well as giving an awesome recommendation for ice-cream and carefully packing my order.I will definitely be coming back, if HASNAIN is there. A really honest service with a good recommendation for Ice-Cream.

Lots of viriaty on the menu, hot desserts, cake and drinks are available asside from the gelato. Desserts arrive picture perfect and promptly. Comfortable environments. A few small steps lead to the front door with limited navigation space around the seating area, making it difficult for small walking aids and inaccessible for wheelchairs or mobility scooters to my knowledge.

The cakes looked and tastes amazing, will be going back next time to visit if your fancying something sweet to eat!
