Jacobs Well in Kirklees

This place is unbelievable. Packed and three deep at the bar with drinkers. However, we were seated (we booked), drinks immediately, food within 20mins. Everything is like a well oiled machine - you should run courses for other hostelries! Oh, and all the food was extremely good.

Lovely service yesterday and great food. Recommended.

Super cute pub we popped into on a drive to the peaks, food had finished by the time we arrived but the pint was good!

What a gem. Good quality food, staff really good. Went on a Monday and it was very busy which surely is a good sign.

Visited here with 3 others yesterday. Place is extremely nice with lovely decor. Staff very nice and helpful. We all agreed that we could not fault the food, it was excellent. We could highly recommend it and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Food was excellent and portions were generous. We were a party of 16 including children and different dietary needs and even though it was busy the staff were still brilliant. I'd definitely recommend!

Went with friends for the early bird menu. Limited choice but we all really enjoyed the fish & chips(liver sold out). Plenty of choice on main menu. Staff very good and covid precautions in place.

Fantastic place super friendly staff I cant wait to go back. Food is good quality and the best fish and chips you can hace in huddersfield area.

Lovely pub that has some excellent friendly and helpful staff. Food was top notch. Shame on my visit several cask lines were not on, and no keg offering for proper craft beer fans. Some cask being out of stock might be down to current circumstances. I would certainly recommend for food. Kids portion was generous too.
