I love this restaurant, never had a bad meal. Great prices and they will allow dogs in the bar area. Lovely staff and the owner/landlord is such a great guy always welcoming and always happy for your service, that you choose to eat at his restaurant.

First time here, thought we would check out the 2 meals for £16.When we walked in we were met by a welcoming atmosphere and friendly and approachable staff.I opted for pie of the day(chicken and mushroom)served with chips(cooked more than once) and vegetables ,the wife went for a buttermilk chicken burger, also with the chips and a separate side order of onion rings which were crispy and cooked well.Overall a fantastic first visit 😊

Called in for lunch and had a hot sandwich, which was very tasty. We got tempted to have a sweet advertised on the blackboard. The French lemon tart served with raspberry sorbet was out of this world. A very enjoyable outing. We will be back.

We never tire of eating at the Kaye Arms it is the best combination of quality and value for money in the area - a real restaurant of substance. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and all I can say is they have a great chef, the food is piping hot and good quality and the portions more than enough - well done we will be back

Fabulous food. Just had the Sunday Roast and it was delicious, plenty to fill you up 😋 only down side not enough choice on the dessert menu. Nice and cosy inside with friendly staff.

Went for a casual family meal between Christmas and New Year, what a treat. The camembert sharing starter was divine as was all the other food. Top notch service, friendly staff... a nice little place out of the way of the bustle of the city center 👌

The food was lovely. All of us ate every bit. The staff were lovely but they were very busy so we had to wait a while to get served. Mainly our own fault as we arrived 15 mins late.

·

We visited Boxing day as a family. The food is still spot on and the price is good. Also the Maitre'de is fabulous making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely will be back.
