KFC in Kirklees

Absolutely shocking how bad this was. Got a twister wrap meal and I swear the chicken wasn't even cooked properly, let alone the wrap barely being filled. Obv I didn't eat it, scared of getting ill. Disgraceful that they would charge 5 quid for that garbage.

I ordered on the app and confirmed payment through my bank and 25 mins later still waiting for kfc leeds rd to confirm order so rang them’ well tried ringing 10 mins later still no answe !

It's not somewhere we go to. Dropped in for something to put us on. It wasn't bad would have been better if the staff spoke better English. Food was lovely and hot. Would call again.

Always decent chicken, especially at busy times as it’s always freshly cooked. Chips / fries whatever you want to call them can be hit and miss. Some cooked, some a bit soggy looking.

Wasn't impressed at all. Ordered a Trioligy box meal. The hottest thing in it was the beans as they had been in a hot cabinet most of the day. As for everything else it was luke warm by that I mean just off being cold.

Avoid! Very rarely visit, normally late night and using the drive through when i do. However, 3/4 of my recent visits I've found them to be closed a good 15 mins before their closing times which is ridiculous in such a busy location. Contacted them multiple times regarding this issue for them to say they've "had words with the manager about closing early" but yet they still do.If you're ever thinking of visiting the colonel past half 10 don't bother, he's probably already gone to bed

Just what you'd expect, if a little shabby. No OJ, no hot drinks, no forks for the rice bowl or salad, no salt for the chips. I know they're busy but should be better.

Popped in after visiting McDonalds next door as they didn't have what we wanted, as usual KFC service was slow, cashier was taking the orders, making the orders, taking payment for the orders! Why are these places always understaffed,

I really like the quality of the food and really good service everything is perfect and I would definitely recommend you guy's to order KFC. Thank You....

The staff here are awesome, 2nd time my app bugged out and the order went through but it wasnt showing on their system ALL of the staff fully accommodating very professionally helping to get this sorted out. We come to KFC a lot the staff are always lovely and you can see that the manager runs a tight ship they all seem to like working there and happy too. Big shout to the manager last thing he needed was me moaning about my app not working and again he was happy to help not stressed very respectful and understanding. these reason right here is why we come back to KFC feeling valued as a customer is essential and they nail it everytime good job. I do hope the positive review feeds down to the team, their job must be so hard to do i am amazed by how everyone has their part to play exceptional teamwork see you soon
