KFC in Kirklees

I've been coming here alot and this branch of kfc is latterly getting worse day bu day staff are some times rude and today my zinger burger was not cooked properly so disappointed.

Poor staff cant get a simple order right. Receipt says one thing the food I received is half wrong! Wont be ordering here again. Very unprofessional

Orders 9\10 wrong. Tried to resolve issue with manager, wouldn't help resolve. File complaint with parent company yum. As area coach is best buddies with the managers in store. Disgusting customer service.

Poor. One member of staff who was too busy chatting. Toilets were filthy. Place was empty. Definitely a couldn't be arsed attitude. Waited to be served but she continued talking and ignored me so left and went elsewhere. Heard her say to a customer 'yeah' when she was stood at counter waiting. Not impressed. Dirty tables.

Fries were only warm and looked like they had been cooked a long time ago. The chicken was fine. Mixed feelings , probably would not eat at this branch again

The food at this branch is much fresh and tastier compared to the one on Leeds Road... but the service is quite slow as we had quite a long wait.

touch screens never work or print receipts, sometimes forget to give me entire mains so i go all the way home without them. also have the cheek to give me pathetic, tiny, shrivelled mini fillets

I mean the chicken is great but I'd echo the sentiments about the staff. It's a bit of a morgue. Just visited again. No utensils for the beans. Forgot my sauce. Self-serve receipt not printed. Just poor all round in areas they shouldn't be making mistakes in.

Rude staff, mid food, told my mate they had no mini fillets even though other people were clearly ordering them. One staff member shouted at me from the bottom of the stairs in front of customers. I work in customer service so there’s no excuse for this.

Poor.One touch screen didn't work, the other had no receipt paper to claim the so called "freebies".The food wasn't great, I remember when KFC used to be real finger licking chicken now it's just a greasy meatless bone.I'll stick to Mac D's in future.
