Mcdonalds Restaurants in Kirklees

McDonald's sells the best high street coffee for 99p and the restaurant is clean with great WiFi . McD is arguably the best overall value cafe anywhere for a coffee drinker.

If you miss a meal they're ok but nothing to shout about. Fast but pre cooked so could be a certain time on the shelf. Ice cream types are a hit..

Very busy only 4 ordering screens. Very small place . Everyone seemed ontop of each other. But the place was clean and the staff were lovely.

Thought I would treat myself to a breakfast. Arrived quickly but order was wrong, extra hash brown instead of a double sausage and egg mcmuffin. Ordered on Uber eats, so paid for item I didn't get and can't do anything about it. Do not get delivery, they cannot be trusted to do the basics. I won't use this restaurant again.

Wanted to try the new McPlant burger. I’m vegetarian rather than vegan so I asked if I could have regular cheese rather than the vegan cheese it comes with - was told no. Ok fair enough.Then it transpires they’re out of the vegan cheese anyway. So asked again if possible to have regular cheese. Still told no.Bit of a joke really.

6 am. No one instore. Only person in the drive thru and still managed to miss a full meal. NO EXCUSES. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a matter of weeks to me and my partner. Theives and crooks. Never forget to charge you though.

2nd time ordering from here, also 2nd time they messed up the order.Wasn't particularly busy, bog standard McDonald's food. They did resolve the order issue but had to return to collect missing items, after getting home the 1st time.Wouldn't recommend, unless eating in so any issues can be sorted there and then.Won't be returning to this McDonald's.

Fries are always cold and the ice cream/milkshake machine never worked a day in its life would be best to take that off the menu. Burgers are ok always extra salad. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Great service, pre ordered on the app and my food was ready as soon as I got through the door! Fresh also unlike some fast food restaurants where they just leave it out waiting for the next customer.

Night ruined. Very rarely get Mc'D, did as a treat. They can't handle under the pressure. They got so much wrong with my order, go to KFC next door.I ordered two meals. My chicken selects were missing the 2 dips that I did order. The photo attached shows the amount of chips received, we were shocked when we opened the packet. Salsa was missing from the mozzarella dips. Top it off... no ice cream machine or milkshakes. No receipt given to me, so I can't even go back round to the drive thru.Over £13 paid and a very disappointing, dry, meal.Would give zero but have to do 1 star.Where is the QC, where is the management. I can see other complaints about packing issues.I will give them the opportunity to compensate me and I am happy to adjust my review, as this is the first time they have failed on such a level like this. (you can see I am not a regular complainer). I did try ringing the number to get it rectified, no answer.
