I love med one!!! Amazing food... I recommend the labneh comes with chef flat bread....the chicken shawarma is lush! The seabass with veg is divine.... everything I've tried I've loved ... definitely a hidden gem In Huddersfield

Wonderful as everAmazing food just don't over order or you will never be able to leave .The rice is out of this world, and i dont normally have rice !!Finally i had a Lebanese Tea which again was a new experience

I was so disappointed. I have been visiting this restaurant for years, it's where I go when I want something a bit up-market, as although it's a bit on the expensive side the quality of the food and the service has always been excellent.On this occasion I brought my 11 year old son as a New Years Eve treat, I told him he'd have to behave because it's an adult restaurant. The meal started fine with starters arriving quick enough and everything was fresh and tasty. Mains took a very long time to come and I noticed that the waitresses though helpful when approached looked tired and not up to providing an attentive service. When the mains did arrive they came with the side of chips missing. I asked three times about the missing chips and on each occasion was told by a waitress that they were coming without any apology or sense of urgency. By the time they arrived the meal was almost over. I asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude. He demanded that I tell him whether I still wanted the chips or not without allowing me to actually explain the issue to him or offering any sort of apology. His tone was defensive and dismissive and even when he asked what I wanted to happen to make things better his tone was so antagonistic that I couldn't continue to engage with him.All he had to say was sorry the chips were late I'll take them off the bill and that would have been that but instead he spoke to me like I was beneath him. I was so upset that me and my son left and took the remaining food away in doggy bags. When I told the manager point blank that he should be ashamed of his behaviour he said simply that he was tired and demonstrated plainly that he didn't care what I thought. The worse thing is that as usual the food was excellent, tasty, fresh and beautiful presentation but atmosphere is also important.

Very big portions so would be worth sharing! Friendly staff - ordered falafels for starters and fish for mains and both were tasty. Close to train station for those travelling.

My partner and I went for a romantic meal... we were seated right next to a party of around 20 people... quite noisy. When I asked to be seated at a quiter table I was told ' wait there!!! Eventually was told to go back to my seat and someone will come and move us..We were moved to a little quite table. Asked the waitress for a light for the candle' I don't know I'll check' candle never got lit...Ordered our food... starters were delicious calamari/ hallumi... over priced for what they'd weredelicious all the same. There was no polite table service. Finished our main which was again delicious. Waited 20mins no one came to our table.Went to the owner era and said that the food was delicious bur the service was absolutely appallingAll he said was well its Friday and it's busy.Will not be going there again not acceptable

Best Lamb Moussaka I have ever had, and my wife loves the chicken maqluba the breads are always fresh and delicious, if I could pick s fault I would say the lamb in the Kebab halabi does not have any lamb taste to it which is disappointing as I love the flavour of lamb but other than that everything else we have had has been great.

Fab authentic food, especially liked the mixed sharing starter. Added to my list of places to return 👍

Superb meal very tasty food served with friendly efficient service in lovely surroundings. Infrequent visitors to Huddersfield however will ensure when we return we will find time to come here again. Rice dishes were lovely and friends Gratans were amazing. Fresh breads and olives. All quality and freshly prepared.

WOW, should say it all but it doesn't. For covid the restaurant has taken good measurements to insure the safety of the customers the food was amazingly tasty and fresh this was also all for a great price. The place was clean and tidy and has a nice feel the it. I would say though if your a male and you need to use the toilet you will only be able to do a number one has the toilet doesn't have a seat.
