Mr. Happy in Kirklees

Just ordered food for a family of 4. Was delivered on time and most food was fine but when I went to get my pizza I mentioned to my husband it felt dry. When I came to eat it the base was really tough to eat which was disappointing as I have had tonsillitis and not eaten a proper meal since Monday.

I rang up to place order the most rudest person I’ve ever Come across food is only good when you are drunk

I give this Takaway Restaurant a 1 because, my family ordered 3 burgers and they said they would be 20 minutes, I’m sorry I didn’t know they meant 2 hours!😠 and when it arrived the food was cold and the chips weren’t like they were made a week ago. I mean come on?! How long does it take to make 3 small burgers?! I mean very disappointed!

They charged me £17 for a calzone that was no bigger than a frozen Kiev and a garlic bread with mushrooms on when I asked for garlic mushrooms absolutely rubbish and expensive wont be going there again

Good service, good food, on time delivery and good selection of the set meals. Will be ordering again 🙂

Soggy chips, chicken rock hard, food cold, the only good thing is that it arrived early. Don't normally complain but when you are looking forward to something and you get that rubbish...Disgusting.

I've had food from here before and wasn't overly impressed. Then tonight I found a hair in my chicken piece not on top of it or in the box oh no it was between the chicken an coating. I'm not one for being put off my food often so just left that piece and moved to the kebab. Well I wish I hadn't bothered two bites in an I pulled out two long black hairs. They need to be wearing hair nets which they clearly are not. Would never order from here again.

I usually don't have a problem with this take away but tonight I ordered 2 fifi suprised for my children to which you're supposed to get a drink and pudding with it. They were so excited for it but the drinks or pudding never came so I rang them back up as I had 2 very upset children. They greatly apologised and said they'd get them sent back out. Confirmed it was for TWO. when delivery guy came back with them my kids had already gone to bed so I said I would have there drinks ready for morning. Well they only sent ONE and tried giving me 2 dips. Not impressed at all as I now have to break it to one of them that they can't have the special drink with the straw!

Absolutely shocking service got told our delivery would be an hour and a half. 15 minutes after the stated time we rang up asking where our food was and got told it would be an extra 30 minutes. This is the second time this has happened and will not be using this takeaway again!!!
