Nando's - Huddersfield in Kirklees

Negatives:1) coke was completely flat (see picture)2) second glass of coke was also completely flat after they supposedly refilled it3) no knives, when asked for one: "they're all in the diswasher"4) ordering through barcode didn't work5) 1st table we sat at felt like it would fall over it was so wobbly6) 2nd table we sat at was still wobbly7) chairs and table filthy with stains8) waitress who sat us down was a bit rudePositives:1) another waitress saw we had a wobbly table and moved us to another one. They also checked with us how we were getting on and looked like she tried to help with what resources she had.2) food was tasty3) location of restaurant in proximity of town centreVery poor value for money. Would not recommend.

Post pandemic service not very good. Asked for a larger glass for water but was instead presented with another smaller glass (2 small instead of 1 large). Apparently common sense does not live here or do they assume that everyone asking for a different glass will stiff them and get a fizzy drink. Not everyone is dishonest, but company policy must be followed at all times and stuff the customer needs.

Only one person at the till and had to wait a long time. Other than that the service and the food was good.

The location on the busy street junction is ideal for pedestrian traffic, there's not much street parking in the area, but still reasonably accessible.As you enter the diner, the warmth and atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff are friendly and energetic and the food carries the Portuguese influence and signature flavor of Nando's.Would recommend a visit for dining in or takeaway 👍

You walk in and the staff greet you with a smile. There was a little wait (lunch time), but quickly found us a table. The service was quick and efficient and the food was nice and fresh. I'll come here again, thank you

Can't beat a cheeky nandos. Lovely staff, quick service, nice and clean and great food!

Despite always being busy I’ve always been seated within 5-10 mins of arrival. The food is brought out so quick and always cooked to perfection. The staff here are lovely and deffo my fave Nando’s to go to in West Yorkshire

Food good, decent atmosphere, only problem was we were freezing! We were initially offered a choice of where to sit, so it was our choice but I wish they'd have said it can be quite cold in that area (from the entrance door opening and closing all the time). Not that easy to move nowadays as you order through the app at the table and hardly see any staff to talk to until they bring your food to you.

One of the servers Luke is an asset to that site. He made 80 year old nan feel very special, he chatted with her throughout the visit and opened the door when she left. He couldn’t do enough and it was really refreshing to see a server who had a lot about them and genuinely wanted to build rapports.The manager was great with the allergy process and all the food was delicious

Amazing food, the staff were lovely and extremely kind, the food came within 10-15 minutes which was a lot quicker than we expected (thats a good thing) and it was really good. The portion sizes were great and they had a lot of the spicy sauces (ranging from low to high).I recommend to anyone going into the restaurant to get in quickly as we came a few minutes after it had opened and it quickly became full. Maybe the branch could open the upstairs up as there was a lot of staff (not a bad thing).The only thing I could say was the restaurant temperature felt quite cold.Overall 10/10 I recommend.
