Been here twice now, terrible customer service, as if they couldn’t be bothered. It’s a shame as it’s a nice place and has nice hot chocolate and treats.

Lovely cafe, freshly made sandwiches. Lovely ladies who are happy to help with any dietary requirements. And spotlessly clean!!

Extremely rude staff and food pricing is ridiculous £16 for 2 sandwiches and 3 drinks (And they couldn't even get the order right) & get some manners and have some patience its not like your job is hard, we had to wait 30 mins in a line of 5 people its not like your rushed of your feet lol 🤣🤣

Rude and inconsiderate customer service!Went in with my newborn baby to grab a hot drink for the walk as it was freezing. I had forgotten my mask in the car but had a scarf wrapped around my face however I was rudely refused service,by a woman with short black hair with red or pink dye, despite offering to put my order in from outside (roughly 5steps away from the counter) since customers were being asked to wait outside.
