Paradise Takeaway in Kirklees

We’ve always ordered from Paradise, for years. decided to order online tonight on the Paradise website as had no cash and Just Eat inflate prices. Waited 1.5 hours and then rang to chase to be told they hadn’t received the order and ‘no longer use Foodhub’, refused to take any responsibility for the fact they have a website that takes orders and customers money and doesn’t deliver. No tea for us and £15 down. Feel totally ripped off and they have offered no help to get a refund. Won’t be ordering from them in future.

The WORST Indian food I have ever had. Their chicken tikka was pieces of chicken rolled in a flavorless, luminous red sauce left un-grilled. Their “garlic naan” was a pizza base with oil and garlic powder. Pilau rice was flavorless and wet.

Ordered tea from here very disappointed prawn cocktail looks like colslaw n salad in it ordered large chips they were small curry sauce was cold not having anything from here again even telling friends to stop coming there to

Very good food you can’t beet taste super fresh and delicious try stone baked pizza thin crust

We have never had a bad meal from paradise. Plus they missed a dish off our order and another was sent out within 5 mins. We will always order a curry from here they are the best .

Chicken Tikka on Garlic Nan ordered through Uber today was dissapointing, hardly any chicken, more paste than anything else. Large donner & plenty chips however was 5* really enjoyed it.

Been ordering from paradise for over 9 years and never had a bad meal. Always quick service (almost always early) today they missed an item from the order. 1 quick phone call no arguement and the missing item was still delivered before original estimate. Beat that for service. I doubt it. Well done paradise.

Worst pizza I've had, tasted like rubber no taste at all bland. We got a 15inch chicken tandoori with extra veg no taste at all. Never again. They need to put a lot of effort in need good quality cheese.

A lovely little takeaway, had the burgers from there and no complaints at all. Easy to find and just down the road from a co-op so great for food and them down to some drinks. Would recommend for a quick bite of fast food. The waiting area is a little small though so would recommend ringing in your order for collection or getting a delivery from just eat.

Fantastic place for a takeaway as you can see them cook them over the counter.Pizzas are good also but to be very honest I have not found anything that I don't like from here.Great choice of food and if they don't have what your looking for ask them as they have great knowledge.They don't have a garlic chilli nan on the menu but it's never been a problem for them to make that for me.
