The Food was absolutely beautiful. The best roast we have ever had. The value for money is great and the staff are friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning. I wish I’d have taken photos of the food but we couldn’t wait to eat it.

Went to a Wedding, full day do. And everything was good. The food was OK not great. The bar is quite a bit over priced £5 for a 3.5% bottle of beer 🤨

Visited as part of a wedding. I understand renovations are underway which is good as it's a bit dated. Wedding Reception room was a bit chilly, other seating areas were fine. Food was lovely, ample amount. Amazing views from every window. Didn't stay in a room or see a room therefore unable to comment. Overall the place was clean, tidy and well staffed. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

Recently had our wedding at pennine manor and we couldn’t be happier. From starting our planning to the event itself was perfect. The views, the staff everything was perfect and we cant thank them enough.Lovely prepared rooms and the food for the reception was amazing and generous. This is the perfect place for a wedding and they pull out all stops to ensure your day is perfect.Well done pennine manor for making our day special for everyone.

ABSOLUTE P***TAKE! the breakfast for £17.50 was so bad was inedible, its confirms this in other reviews (wish id seen first). Upon leaving the property the lady checked the room, and sent £100 deposit back to my card, a few hours later they had took it back and said the quilt cover had a small mark on it. Which there was not and no proof would be provided, The woman on reception was the rudest person ive ever came accross and wouldnt let me speak to a manager, telling me the f off and hanging up. Very very badly ran place avoid like the plague

We had our daughters wedding at Peninne Manor Feb 2022, I can't begin to say how well we were treated, everything from start to finish was excellent. Simon and the team went above and beyond to make it a very special day. The rooms were lovely the food was great. I would highly recommend this venue even on a very snowy day.

The staff were excellent. The rooms were just ok. ( Ido understand the hotel is under new ownership and renovations taketime.) The bar area and the main room (where we had the new year's eve event) has just been renovated. However it lacked atmosphere as did the renovated bar area.It was just a big empty space with new year's eve trimmings. The meal was awful. The DJ was excellent as were the staff. In comparison the brunch the following day was absolutely perfect. We may try again next year as this hotel has lots of potential. (Covid didn't do any favours to the hospitality industry. ) I would like to see this hotel make it.

Lovely stay, but room 28 needs the heating turned down a new mattress as it's lumpy and bumpy and some sort of blind behind curtains as the carpark lights shine around the whole curtains like a cinema screen. All being said it was a lovely stay.

Absolutely TERRIBLE breakfast. Woman chef sat at the bar on her phone, throughout the whole breakfast…unhygienic.Breakfast massively undercooked. Rock hard pastries and anaemic looking breakfast. AVOID like the plague. Had better breakfasts at Toby Carvery!!As for the room…filthy. Dirty bedding and hair filled plug holes. Did complain to a member of staff but nothing was done to rectify the matter.MASSIVELY disappointed and disgusted.

Amazing nice clean place. We stayed in 12a, it was rather outdated with paint peeling, the bath tub was stained it was that old, and the shower dribbled water out, I know that's all negative, but the room was nice and cosy, even though its a hotel with a view, our room was a room with a view of the car park. The bed however was super cosy! The staff was very welcoming and friendly! They definitely make up for the 4 stars. It's only lost a star of the out dated room. The food was great, and room service was a nice bonus! It also has a 24hr bar, which unfortunately we didn't make use of! Overall I would definitely highly recommend this hotel!
