Pizza Express in Kirklees

First time l have been and was impressed with the service and the food was excellent defiantly go again xx

Visited pizza express and had a lovely meal! Food, wine and service was all great!

Elli @ birstall Leeds was brilliant, excellent service! Thank you for being such a delight. Lovely food and we will return again.

Food was nice as you would expect from Pizza Express but we ordered the kids meals before the adults ones but the adults meals arrived first and we had to check when the kids ones would be ready.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and Pizza Express. We had a very pleasant meal in a relaxed environment. We had 3 drinks; 2 were cappuccino's and one was only tepid at best which was disappointing. We had GF dough balls with pesto, which were very good and garlic bread with cheese. I would say that, although very nice, the garlic bread represented poor value due to its small size by comparison with a pizza (and price) and also considering the portion you can get at the restaurant across the car park. That said, the pizzas were very nice, the restaurant was clean and the service was as relaxed as the environment. The gluten free options were plentiful and gave no adverse reaction which is always a worry when visiting a new restaurant.

Service was quick. It is a chain so standard for Pizza Express. We did get different sizes in dough balls not all the same size, but we shared. Then we're still yummy though! Pizzas were nice. We saved money by downloading the app so do recommend doing that before a visit.

Good service, and kids were well looked after. Knocking a star off though as was disappointed with the gluten free pizza. The dough balls were fine, but the gf pizza didn't seem freshly made by hand, e.g. small and perfectly round. I thought PE would have nailed it. Hopefully they can improve over time. But it was great to see gf options across the whole menu and clearly labelled.

Never been here before.Excellent pizza, lovely thin n crispy crust as advertised and my favorite base. Waitress service excellant, good value for money. Can't give 5 stars ONLY BECAUSE a proper Italian has ambiance and this didn't, but the music was cool.I'd definitely visit a Pizza express again.

I think the atmosphere and the experience of going is worth a trip. The food and the non-alcoholic drinks were were extremely tasty.I have knocked a star off for cleanliness.Although the table was clean the chairs had remnants from previous customers which we had to brush off.Apart from that. Well worth a trip.

Nice open plan kitchen see the food being made, very clean. Outside seating but was raining. Food was good staff very friendly
