Pronto Pizza in Kirklees

By far one of the most favorite stops for pizza around Huddedsfield.They have very good 16" pizza for good prices and I like it as I can eat one 16" individuallyEDIT: GOT FOOD POISONING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

How do I get a refund!!!!!.Turned up half hour late.And that'd after I'd recieved an "Enjoy your food" message and a phonecall to takeaway.The person on the phone said "It SHOULD be on its way" but wouldn't clarify what "Should" meant.. It turned up another 30 mins later. The food is below par and they forgot my salad.Not worthy of the price I paid and I deserve a refund for the inconvenience and the call takers "Blase attitude"

Food was over an hour late , delivery driver was rude and slammed my gate. Food was average at best aswell, never again. Id give no stars if possible, 1 star is a compliment to these frauds

Very dry pizza chips was soggy and ordered chicken and chips the chicken had no meat just bones wont order again very let down thrown in bin

Ordered at 22:50 and rang up at 23:55 after 22 calls they finally answered and said 5-10 mins and 40 mins later still no food! this is the 2nd time this has happened in a week now. absolutely disgusting!

Delivery guy was very polite n the pizza was absolutely deliciousBest pizza I've had in a whileWas also delivered very warm

The pizza i ordered was late by 30 min, it was cold the cheese on top was hard ,and hardly any topping of donner meat to speak of, i won't be ordering another ever. I've had to add to my last post, because i found the recipe which confirmed that i ordered the pizza at 530 pm & it arrived at 7 pm hour 30min late,both my daughter and I have been very poorly, so if you are thinking of getting a pizza from pronto think twice about it.

ProntO… more like despacitO!!! This pizza delivery was anything BUT pronto. My dinner guests and I were left rather displeased when this pizza took over two hours to arrive. Simply abhorrent (at my esteemed friend’s birthday party too). I’ve never experienced hunger like this. We were quite famished. Now you may think they reimbursed us for this trauma and distress… but you are WRONG, they simply flung a lukewarm bottle of Pepsi our way and called in a day.Pizza was good tho.

Arrived on time but i ordered a 12inch Tropicana pizza and received a margarita which i had already ordered a 10 inch one of as well.The cheese was runny and wasn't cut so when we used our pizza cutter it just dropped in bits.First time we have ordered from them but won't be ordering from them again,disappointed to say the least.

I ordered the 11inch Pronto Supreme pizza, which was delicious much better on a thin crispy base than as a deep pan I have found.I had to wait 30 minutes before I could collect it but it was well worth the wait and I enjoy the pizzas here far more than either Papa John's, Pizza Hut or Dominos. The cost is very reasonable and the staff are always polite. Plus if you download their app you will get a discount. Happy Days!!!
