Sizzlers in Kirklees

Ok but not as good as usual, took quite some time for the main meals to come out. The meals not as tasty as previous visit and didn't seem to be as much meat. Staff are always nice.

Very poor customer service tonight, service very slow can't accommodate couples as well as big tables. Service slow and food very bland and tasteless. Usual staff not on. wouldn't be rushing back here in a while.

Only had takeaway food but it was delicious. Will certainly be going to the restaurant very soon.😋

I have been to a lot of indian restaurants around in England.everytime i ask to customise the order for more spicy food..it was not being delivered to my expectation.Here at Gurkha suzzlers..i did the same...and they blew my mind..the taste of the food was impeccable..i felt i was back in india for a moment... amazing authentic indian taste can be felt here...the staff members are very friendly...I hope I am going to be a regular customer untill i move away from the town..

Went there with boyfriend's family. Not great when it comes to spicy food so selected out of all the options that had no chilli symbol next to it on the menu meaning mild. What I'd chosen I'd had numerous times at an array of restaurants and should have been mild. This dish however came out very spicy. I'd have classed it as medium for sure. I went home to chucking my guts up night long. Maybe reaccess your heat indicators. Maybe mild for you guys but to the average western guy where you've based your restaurant it sure ain't!

We had an amazing time at the restaurant. The food was excellent, especially the Gurkha sizzler platter that we had. Amazing butter chicken curry, deserts and lovely cocktails. The Staff were very friendly and provided a very professional service. The ambiance and management were fabulous . Perfect location and parking facilities. Looking forward to visiting the restaurant again.

My wife and I ordered some food to be delivered tonight (11/9/21) from this takeaway at 6:30 pm and were told it would be with us between 7:30 and 7:55pm but the food never arrived so we called to see where it was and we were told there wasn’t a driver available and they would re make the food and send a driver within 30 minutesHowever after this deadline passed we called AGAIN only to be told there were still no drivers availableWAITING FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLEWe have never eaten in this place and after tonight’s DEBACLE there is NO CHANCE WE EVER WILLYou have lost our custom and I will be telling everyone I know not to bother ordering any food from hereI Would like to give a ZERO star ratingWhich is what they deserveAN UNHAPPY EX-POTENTIAL CUSTOMER

Superb, tasty food, excellent service, and reasonable prices.My tip is to try the Nepalese dishes - hot, but you can really taste the Himalayan pepper.Naan bread is amongst the best we've ever had.

Really enjoyed my first visit to the gurkha sizzlers. Really nice and friendly staff members. Service was spot on👍And to be served by a real gurkha solider 👨‍✈️🗡was excellent. Much respect to him. And the food was excellent. Highly recommend a visit. Will be heading back soon 😁
