Worst pizza takeaway in birstal absolutely rubbish.

my self and my wife have never had a problem with this taken away will always order from here

11" cheesy garlic bread £4.25 & a portion of chips £1.60 = £5.85, i asked for it deep pan and the total come to £9.05 how is it £3.20 extra for deep pan? You can get a 11" thin garlic margerita for £5.95 but for £6.95 i can get it deep pan, that £1 extra and i was charged and extra £3.20 to have my garlic bread deep pan. Day light robbery, first and last time i will go their. No need to rip people off. And the chips was re-heated, and you make no wounder why local takeaways get bad feedback.

Actually enjoyed my pizza and jalapeno bites, wasn't sure what to expect with all the negative reviews. I did collect though.Will use again.

Disgusting attitude no customer service asks for salad got pineapple sweetcorn olives onions phoned up to be told they would bring another if i paid will never use again

Ordered the food, waited well over the estimated delivery time (changed from 20-35 mins to 60+ mins after I'd ordered). No delivery. No door knock, no ringing of the doorbell. I was sat in the living room next to the door. Absolutely not a sound. Saw on my phone I had a missed call (phone's on silent), with a voicemail stating Star Pizza had knocked on my door and gotten no response. I called the restaurant and clarified I hadn't heard the doorbell or the door being knocked. It was suggested rudely by the worker that I "hadn't heard the doorbell just like I hadn't heard the phone call." I told the worker that their comments were incredibly inappropriate and unreasonable. They would not re-send the food unless it was delivery was paid for again. I had ordered through Just Eat so am awaiting a refund via that platform.

Absolutely shocking service it says 10% off when u collect but u actually have to ask for that when ringing to order or u dnt get it then all off sudden its stopped that offer. Also the price is always different even tho I order same things everytime and thay say prices have changed. When I look on just eat prices are totally different so I ring them up ask why thay say prices gone up and not updated on just eat to me I think there racist towards English people. I will never order from this place again.

Pizza was mouldy underneath and they know it is but still serve it. Look up the hygiene score. Its a 1/5 for hygiene. It is disgusting. You can get ecoli and not the relatively harmless strain.

The worst take away ever! First of all I ordered two different pizzas but they send two the same. Secondly ham on the pizza stinks it was definitely old. It was not eatable! Thirdly the bottle of coke was missing. Once I contacted the restaurant the owner was rude and said the pizzas are okay just menu online is wrong. Not recommended at all!!
